I've been distracted by Real Life and other things, hence the lagging of tweaking Suny to fit this game.

When things calm down for m'self I'll rework her and keep her as a possible contender incase some one 'Falls behind'. (^_~)

I have finalized Sabinae. I also made adjustments to her backstory based on her knowing Kiana on the pirate ship.

I am ready when everyone else is. I look forward to the gameplay thread.


Grand Moff Vixen, if you have no objection, Kiane would grab you and take off with you (she has the strength to carry both) and even with the speed reduction from carrying more than her light load, she'll still be flying over the city at 40ft per action, so that should still get us there way faster...

DOH! Never mind, Sorry GMV, I got my character's confused. I thought I had a muleback cords on Kiane, but I don't , which means I can't lift her off the ground. Sorry, she's going to have to get there on her own. :(


We definitely need to get you a set of those though. I didn't actually realize Kiane was your character mdt, any ideas about how we could get Kiane to accept working with Zephry more easily?

Perhaps there is some way we could link their quests for vengeance? Not quite sure how given Zephry is after a dreaded, at least partially, Wereshark Pirate crew and Kiane is after what is presumably an as yet unidentified military.

Zephry is your typical self obsessed swaggering young cock of the walk in a lot of ways, and while not cruel he's certainly not Captain Sensetive either. I could see a lot of fun RP potential in a ranged rivalry between the two. :)


Oh, she'll try to show up the gunslinger at every opportunity. Guns are what were used on her island (cannons really) So proving that the only way a gun is better is by stealth and deceit is something she'd get into. :)

But yeah, a set of muleback chords tattoo'd on her shoulders and a belt of str are on the list of required items. A belt to increase carry capacity tattoo'd around her waist, and she could pick up the entire crew just about and fly them off without breaking a feather. :)

As to tying the revenge together, not too hard to do. Your wereshark could have gotten a letter of marquise from the King. Then he'd be wearing the uniform of the men she's sworn to kill off. That king isn't going to have a single naval ship if she has anything to say about it.


BTW ya'll, you did notice that the game has started right? Even though the GM didn't mention it, he posted our intro.


Heh, works for me! Tattoo'd? I've been working and travelling too much to keep up with new stuff for a while, are you speaking about magic items available as tattoos? If so what is the price mark up on that out of interest?

Inner Sea Guide - Inscribe Magical Tattoo

Basically, you can make any wondrous item a tattoo instead. The cost is double the normal price of the item. You have one set of slots for tattoos, and one for items, and the two stack. So you can put cheap magic items you want permanently (like Muleback cords for 2000gp) permanently on your body. Same with the belt of easy hauling (or whatever it is) that makes you carry as if a quadruped. Or a ring of sustenance on your finger for 5000gp. Leaves the slots open for other types of items. If someone with spellcasting gets the feat, they can make them for us at cost. :)

Yeah, I went ahead and replied, since I need to retrofit my original post anyway, given my mistake with the strength thing.

And there's something just so right about tattoo's on mariners. :)
