ALL Just a heads up; I will be leaving on Sunday (one week from today) for Prague. Yes, I know, I was just on vacation. This break, however, will only be roughly a week (I'll be back on November 5th). You progress gain extra versatility.
Prerequisites: Int 13, human.
Benefit: When you gain a level in a favored class, you gain both +1 hit point and +1 skill rank instead of choosing either one or the other benefit or you can choose an alternate class reward.

I believe there is a missing caveat here to the effect that you cannot take the same reward twice in the same level. At least that is how I would use it

Am slowly working Madeline and Smith up to their respective levels.

Madeline is going to Summoner 2, while Smith develops because of this.

Channeling damage/healing increase - Yay!

Feat: Lots of Channeling related ones I'd like to try, but I'll keep it simple and add Extra Channel to keep it everyone up longer - I hope.

1 rank each in Acrobatics, Bluff, Diplomacy, Intimidate, Knowledge (arcana), Knowledge (religion), Perception, Perform (oratory), Spellcraft, Stealth, and Use Magic Device
Feat: Weapon Focus (whip)
Spells: saving finale and mage hand

Reach is another good evolution, you can never have enough reach., you can switch this out if/when Smith gets the large evolution. For a weapon wielding eidolon, I imagine he just has really long arms.

As a question, how is Smith skilled with the Piston Maul? It seems as though it works like a Greatclub which is a Martial weapon, while the actual Piston Maul is a Exotic weapon and Smith only has the Simple Weapon evolution.

I spent the Evolution point so that he may wield it.

All - I'm alive again. Sorry to keep you waiting, but I got hit with the absolute worst flu of the season. I've been home sick since last Thursday and barely able to get out of bed the whole time.
