I have a feeling none of us saw your post from Tuesday. For some reason it didn't trigger a new post indicator for me. But, I can see it and I'm happy with my location. Not sure what round we're in though. Still in 5 or in 6 or have I gotten way out in front again?

Nice map, just one question, Ruhk attacked the goblin that was flanked, and he is ahead of Jordan in initiative, so was that a miss?
In case the battle continues I want to keep track of how many Ruhk has got so far.
He's got a way to go before he reaches 10 yet.
Sometimes the "new" indicator seems to stop showing up. I can't tell if it is after you haven't checked the particular thread for a while or if it is more tied to how long it has been since there has been a post. One of the mysteries of the boards.
Marduzi definitely feels we were sent out here to slay goblins, not make peace with them. That's not to say he couldn't be convinced otherwise, but he definitely doesn't trust the goblins.
No worries, Will. I think we're in the slow season for PBP anyways. I'll probably cheese everyone off when I go to Disney World in January-when the posts fly quickly.

I will be taking a short vacation from the 16th to the 18th, and I do not know what my status of internet access will be during that time. Feel free to BOT me if necessary.
Srry for not been around much guys. Didnt have access to internet last week and had a rough time at work. I ended up not been able to keep up with all my pbps. Things are better now.
I have to say, I am loving the maps you have been putting together for us. They really to help visualize the scene. Thanks for going through that effort!
That being said, have you considered adding coordinates to the map edges? Like numbers along one side and letters down the other? It might make it easier when we are describing to you when moving or attacking, e.g. "I move to A14" rather than "I move three squares left and one square up" or "I attack the goblin one square right and two squares down from Malcom."
I have no idea how hard that would be; map making is one of the main things that keeps me from running a game here and I have no idea how it works, and I respect that you went through the time and effort to teach yourself how to do it.

As a GM in two other games here is what I do, which isn't too difficult for adding coordinates.
I use maptools and load the map then add and adjust the grid to match the size on the map. There is a choice to add coordinates. Then I hide the grid. Screen shot the map with corrdinates and then use google docs for the rest.
I'd like to get to know maptools more but this basic use makes that part of it super easy.

I'll be going to Greece this Friday and be gone for a week, not sure if I'll be able to post at all during that time.
I'll know you'll be loney without my with and charm, but don't miss me too much now heh.
Thank you all for engaging in that combat! I was worried when the narrative logic of the situation seemed to push it towards being single combat. But it went well and I really enjoyed everybody's inputs and creativity. Cheers!
Enjoy leveling up. Remember that you've found a decent chunk of treasure, and Sandpoint is a reasonable sized settlement with decent shops. Does anyone want to volunteer to do a thread review and count up all the treasure you have?
Looks like I'm going 1/2 a hit die this time. Will we have time or resources to recover from injuries before the next chapter? I'm thinking specifically of our Strength drained mage.
