Youthful Appearance x5 (50 x 5 = 250)
Spring-loaded Wrist sheath x2 (10)

Those changes are fine.
And I'm just teasing you about the obscure sources. I just found it interesting that I have had to look up both your prestige classes (Steel Falcon and Chevalier) because I was not familiar with them. But totally not a problem, since I love discovering new aspects of the game.

Learned something today that I thought I'd share: You can name your dice rolls the same way you name a spoiler tag.
Like this:
[ dice= Attack roll - longsword (power attack) ]1d20+6[ /dice ]
[ dice= Damage - longsword (power attack) ]1d8+4[ /dice ]
Looks like this:
Attack roll - longsword (power attack): 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26
Damage - longsword (power attack): 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7

Hi Guys,
Are you still hanging in there? I just want everyone to know that while I haven't been posting for a while, I have not abandoned the game.
On the other hand, I still haven't been able to shake the post-holiday PbP fatigue. I can't give one specific reason. It's probably a combination of business at work and at home, RPG Superstar and several other factors. Perhaps I just need an extended break.
Right now, I'm just waiting until updating the game won't feel like a chore. Hopefully, that will happen soon. In any event, I'll be sure to PM each of you when I start the game back up, in case the thread drops from your active games.
I hope you will stick with me until I get my grove back, so we can find out what happens to the Fellnight Queen.
/Jacob

It looks like Tuesday is the big day for those of you entered in Superstar this time around. Good luck guys!
Thanks man - having voted enough times to get the Marathon voter tag, I've seen my fair share of the competition. Even so, I have absolutely no idea what my chances are. Guess we'll find out in a couple of days.

Hey guys:
By Feb 18th, it'll be two months of downtime on this game. I'm going to set that as a point where, if we're not up and running again, I'm going to bow out. I appreciate all the hard work it takes to run one of these, and I hope that we can get it started up.
Jacob: I'm having a great time with the game ! You're a wonderful GM, and I'm putting this out there for my own time commitments and it in no way reflects on the very fine job you've done so far. But I can't commit to other gaming opportunities when I am waiting to see what happens here. And I've passed up a few such opportunities already, and at a certain point I need to balance my patience for the hard work of the GM against my available time as a gamer.
So, if the game can start up again: woo hoo! If not, thanks in advance for an excellent game, well told, well run and with lots of great characters! (Except for the bees and wasps. Those sucked. :-) )

Well, if that wasn't the kick in the rear (both the one from Caelin and the fact that Neil is still lurking), I don't know what is.
RPG Superstar is running it's course without me, and work has settled down. I'm fresh out of excuses except for my own lethargy.
So...Update coming shortly, then it's GAME ON!!

I am heading out on a vacation and I’ll be away from my computer from Friday until the 24th. I don’t know if I’ll have any internet access and if so how much. Please DMPC me to keep the story going and I’ll catch up as quickly as I can when I get back.

Heads up - I'm running a PbP playtest of one of the round 4 entries in RPG Superstar - Link to recruitment thread.

All right, status on recent player activity:
- Taecuss, Caelin and Meycho have all posted recently
- Goodluck has not posted for over two weeks, and has not responded to my PM.
- Jervaise has not posted since February, and has indicated to me over PM that he had to let the game drop due to other commitments and that he is highly unlikely to return.
So, with that and this PbP's history of irregular posting schedules, I'd like to hear what you all think. We are in the final chapter of the module, but even with daily posts from everyone, the end is likely still months away.
Without spoiling the game too much, I can say that there will be an opportunity in-game to make some adjustments to the group, giving a somewhat plausible reason for some of the PC's to leave and new players to introduce new characters.
As I see it, we have a handful of different options:
- carry on as usual, hope that Goodluck returns and keep Jervaise as a GMPC until such a time as I can arrange for him to leave the group.
- Recruit one or two new players. If so, I'd like to avoid an open call, and bring in reliable people with a proven track record.
- Put the game on hold (yet again).
- Call it quits and move on to other adventures.
Now, in the interest of full disclosure, I'm firmly committed to seeing this game through to the end, but my wife and I are also expecting our second child in about a months time, and that combined with my work and other activities can make updates from my part prone to irregularity.
So, lets hear it, guys - what to do?

Sorry, I've been off work the past couple days due to being a Dad, and I usually check posts at work. I'm good with whatever is decided, but honestly I'm just kind of bored. I think this module is probably a lot of fun on a tabletop, but with the ebb and flow of a PbP it feels stale to me. I'm fine with going on, but if you'd like to replace me, I'm cool with that as well.

Well, despite some frustration at the pace, I must admit that I'd also like to see this through. And given that I said I'd see it through when I signed up, that's a clincher.
I'm in for the remainder.
My only request is that we give GM JaceDK the leeway to move things along when a character or two is non-responsive, or absent. It's a common result in ftf play when someone has to leave a session early or whatever.
Indulge your creative faculties, Jacob!
Anyway, that's my $.02 I'm open to what everyone else decides.

First things first - congratulations, James! Boy or girl? Such an event certainly takes the focus away from gaming. I should know.
Second, thank you for your honest feedback. I'm sorry you feel that way, and hope my GM'ing is not too much to blame.
You have been with us from the start, and have certainly contributed to my enjoyment of the game. If you are willing to slug it out through the last part of the module, I'm more than happy to keep you in the game. I'll be sure to GMPC you if you take too long to post. Hopefully, that will take away some of the "chore" element out of keeping up with the game and having to post almost every single day.
Judging from the feedback from the rest of you (I have spoken to Meycho in person), we should press on and try to make it to the finish. If anyone have a good candidate, I'm good with bringing in a new player once the opportunity arises.

Oh, I definitely don't want you to think it's your skill as a DM! I think you're a great DM. This whole discussion did get me thinking about what makes a good adventure for a tabletop versus a PbP. It really seems to me to be two different genres. What could take an hour in real life gaming can be the better part of a month in a Play by Post. It really makes me think whether there would be a niche for Play by Post adventure seeds or whole adventures.
I'm definitely game to finish the module. I've enjoyed playing with everyone, but I think a large part of my dissatisfaction lays with my character choices. Goodluck's a great character for a nautical adventure, but he may have been a poor choice for a fey-based game. Which happens. The best laid plans and all.
And he's a boy. :) He just graduated Kindergarten and we had a gap between aftercare and starting summer day care. So we took off and went on adventures.

Heh, I misunderstood you there, James, but Father-Son adventure time sounds great.
All right, the ball is still in your court. Let's get everyone healed up and ready to move on. I'm attending a local PFS event all weekend, so I won't have time to update much, but if there has been no development by monday, I'll push things along with GM narrative.
I'll put some feelers out for a replacement player, and as mentioned, if any of you know anyone, let me know.
