Great work guys. So, shall we have a look at that door then? Berenwyr moves into the room, trying to avoid stepping in mouther fluid. I wonder if this stuff has any useful properties... Guess I'll take a sample.

Berenwyr scrapes some of the gibbering-mouther's ichor into an empty oil flask with his dagger, then adds a few eyes for good measure.

Ballar shakes his head as he carefully steps around the mouther gore. I'll leave ya ta do ya thing Teirist, the dwarf pokes Teirist on the shoulder and points towards the door. Moving off to the side, the dwarf stands near the portcullis and waits for the specialists to do their thing - he's had his fun attempting to open doors. Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Not even bothering to see what's past the barred gate, Ballar whispers to himself, prestidigitacion and begins to clean any debris that may have accumulated on his fancy new cloak.
Anders ya useless git! Nachos! The dwarf calls to his mindless servant but there doesn't seem to be any response. Shrugging his shoulders he finishes cleaning and then rummages in his bag for some munchies.

Durgen made a post about lifting it up at the top of the page, but we never rolled for it, so, thanks for being a sport about it.

Honestly Ballar, I'm more surprised that he's willing to do it. Organized labor tend to avoid stepping on each others' toes. I wonder what the Ancient and Hoary Order of Masyns, Carpentyrs and Joynrs would have to say about a butcher doing all of this hammering and stonework. Berenwyr shrugs, Not that I care over much. I'm firmly in the Capital camp on this one. Bring back the child laborers I say!

Teirist disables the Lock on the door to the north, and it can be opened now.

Even though the party has managed to raise the second Portcullis, it is decided to unlock and examine the door on the north wall of this small room instead.

When the door is opened, Berenwyr whisks a group of small lights into the room beyond, and the first thing that is seen is a small collection of bags on the floor in the north east corner of the room.

Teirist and Ballar, standing near the door, smell a foul odor that seems to be coming from above the door, inside the room, and Jim is on edge sensing that something nefarious is afoot.
