Before we begin the game proper, I still have a few nitpicks about the characters:
Fifteen - I can't see which background skills you have chosen. Also, you can't take the Androffan language without either the appropriate trait or a rank in Social.
Baleiro - I don't see where your FCB went, I think you are entitled either to one more HP or to one more skill rank. Also you can have up to 5 known extracts in your formula book.
Rur Capek - seeing as we have a bona fide rogue in the party, perhaps you would want to switch your Local Ties trait to Knowledge (Engineering)?

@CyberMephit: Taking the extra Hit Point. Formula book did not export with HeroLab's file (a flaw that I find... inefficient) and will include in the profile now. Making corrections... complete.

I took your advice and switched to Knowledge (engineering). I moved the rank from Finesse to Nature, got rid of my thieve's tools, and used the gp to upgrade from hide to scale mail.

Fifteen (and 1B4) have arrived for duty.
I haven't picked background skills yet because I wasn't clear how they interacted with Consolidated skills. Am I right to say I can take Knowledge Engineering and Linguistics as my background skills (therefore permitting Androffan) and the Linguistics rank would fold into social, the Knw Engineering would be on its own?
Also, delighted to see you both have a melee side. Fifteen is somewhat reliant on flanking buddies to be most combat effective.
You can take Appraise, Craft, Profession or Knowledge:Engineering as your background skills. Essentially the ones which are not included in any of the consolidated ones.

Changes made and background skills added. Local ties bonus moved to Knw Engineering since Numerian Scavenger already gives me lots of DD stuff. The main thing shes learned from Khonnir is tinkering! Hence Knw:E and Craft as background skills.
Dropped Androffan for Hallit - learning Androffan can be part of her character progression.

Indeed. I could do ranged if needed but I hadn't bought any ranged weapons to start. It'll be fine, I'm sure! :D
But hey, at least your educator has his trusted nodachi and cestus to deal with unruly students trying to escape detention!

To be fair, the nodachi stays behind my desk unless i need to talk about truancy. :p
Besides, i wouldnt wear weapons and armor to class. Thats so disruptive to a successful learning environment!

Rur - since you have local ties as well I assume its fair to say that you and I have at least a passing acquaintance. You'll definitely have met me at some point, Khonnir's 'strange daughter'. How far do you want to build our relationship beforehand?
Baleiro - not sure how we'd have met, unless either Val or Fifteen has been a pupil of yours at some point?

At least a passing knowledge of Khonnir's daughters would give me a good reason not to chuck a javelin at you. If you were ever at the local library researching a piece of Numerian technology, I'd of definitely taken an interest.

Baleiro'd have been known for some time. He's stuck around a while, teaching skills such as math and alchemy. He's probably more personable as far as Androids are concerned, and definitely respectful of others.

Can I please have your default marching order for future combats? Currently it's more or less random.
Also, I am contemplating an arbitrary +4 increase to Social check DCs which are based on human customs and behaviour, like the fact that Parda's relatives would appreciate her burial (I won't apply it retroactively), to reflect that some of the social constructs are alien to you as androids. Let me know what you think.

I'm probably best off second. I can spot traps from behind Baliero just fine and I need a flanking partner. :)

I'll take up the rear. I'm equal in melee and ranged, and have no problem shooting into melee.
The +4 makes sense. Silly humans and their customs!

Waiting on Baleiro so I can get these darned things off me!
I'll go ahead and take my turn awhile.
I am running a party XP/Loot tracker but I don't account for how you split things between yourselves. Also the XP tracker is sort of in a test mode - I will go with my judgement as to when you should be leveling up.
Also, between the blindness and the searches of two areas, you are about halfway through the water breathing spell duration.

Hey, I'm still around. :) Just keep checking in but I guess life is getting in the way for Rur and Baleiro at the moment...
PM'ed Rur, I hope he is OK and RL treats him well.
I'm on a business trip next week until Apr 29th with limited internet access, so my posting will be limited. If I don't hear back from Rur by then, I'll start looking for a replacement.

I am now back, but it seems we've lost Rur.
How would you like to proceed from here? Fifteen's action triggers the next encounter. You could turn back now and regroup in the town, or I can play through as Rur and turn back afterwards, or you can push forward until Rur heroically perishes.

I say push on and Rur can perish heroically! I think it would be a shame to waste the progress so far, especially given how slow PbP is.

It turns out that Joram Kyte can prepare two spells of water breathing per day, which presents a good opportunity for Kolsch to catch up. I've made a post in the gameplay thread to facilitate this.
Sorry for the delay, I'm still here, just had a bit of a hectic week.
I have a separate encounter prepared for Kolsch and will move the game forward soon-ish. I hope Baleiro is still with us?

I did what I had to do to off the tankiest character in the party!
On the plus side, you should be pretty close to lvl 2 by now, I'll do the math a bit later.
