:( didn't make it, well good luck to everybody who made it. Good job guys! and good luck with the campaign.

Liberty's Edge

Good luck for those selected, and I hope you consider me if you need a replacement.

Looking to for a replacement character for this game. Party lost their only full BAB character and is in need of someone who can hit things :>

Character creation rules remain the same as stated in the beginning of this thread, but characters are now level 2, with starting wealth of 500gp.

All submissions welcome, but here's some character hooks to help connect you to the campaign...

Hooks:

Selador is a quiet, sad man in his late twenties who enjoys working with his hands and being under the open sky.   He has never recovered from watching his elven wife killed at the hands of bandits several years ago.

Hamund is a middle-aged human salt prospector looking to make it big and willing to follow any lead no matter how crazy. Hamund is a free-spirit, with few ties to others, and an explorer’s soul. He relies on others only when he must, and is not afraid to take a chance.

Aedron is a brash and bold  human warrior that enjoys drinking and feats of strength.   He’s an outsider that’s been in town for about two weeks.  He came after the goblin bounty, but has had little luck working on his own.

Are those characters that we can take up if we want to, or are they NPCs for us to tie in with?

And why is the wealth so low?

Looks like fun, I'll see what I can come up with.

Edit: Would you allow Aedron adapted as a Warder from Dreamscarred Press? I must admit I find conventional warrior classes a little repetitive, what with the full attacking and stuff.

Good questions...

Yes those are characters that you can pick up and run with if you choose. Aedron is someone the PCs have already met, and the other two are already tied in with the setting.

Wealth reflects what the current players have accumulated so far. They had a ... rough go of it in chapter one. Wealth will be evening out quickly once the game picks up.

Re Warder and Path of War: I won't be allowing paths of war or psionics. I admit his is partly due to my lack of familiarity with the material, but also because we're already mixing in several other 3pp subsystems like Spheres of power.

All right, thank you. I figured that the warder might be a long shot.

I've looked over the setting material. Is Krotus & the Goddess the only two deities around?

Supposing yes, here's an idea: Aedron is really one of the thousand sons of Krotus, out to prove himself a hero despite, his farther's shadow lingering over him.

Mechanically, he'd be a mighty godling.

That's a solid concept and sounds like a fun addition to the game. Welcome aboard burnscar! Please work up a profile over the weekend And I can insert you into gameplay on Monday. Meanwhile, please use the discussion thread for any character development questions you may have.
