Taldor is beset by invaders from the south as all is quiet on the Eastern Front. What to the enemies of Taldor have in mind next?

Their latest plot takes aim at the very heart of Taldor. What starts out as a simple border watch assignment for the adventurers turns into a story of war, espionage and intrigue that will shake the nation to its foundation.

Sorta like that. I was debating, but figured a little boost against Orcs would help.

I think I've passed out 3-4 times already, without much damage output.

Lay on hands is IMO, the best class feature the paladin has access to, unless you have high charisma for the +Cha to saves, gets both at level two so when you level again your power is gonna jump lol

That's up to you. You can still pick up rapid shot at three (you have point blank right?) Which ever you choose.

I feel your pain. Rolled a 5, no Con bonus. And, multi-classing so messed on favored class bonus.

I am so used to the take the average hit points. This reminds me of the old AD&D days! Which is pretty cool


Combining groups for the dungeon crawl finale. Should have the three-four from the other thread coming over to gameplay.

Cleric, sorcerer, druid, rogue.

Reminds me of games I ran in high school where we had like ten players.

My math shows four active posters plus four active posters may get me to 6-8 for the finale.

Laddie, first rule of RPGs. Ye can't ever kill what should be easy, but ye always kill what should be hard. Those big climatic boss fights are quite ususly anti-clamitic due to this :p

Some encounters were trimmed, three groups of orc, a carrion crawler, and a lone ogre just did not seem like they were worth the time.

We are behind schedule, so like a good PFS game, sometimes we trim the optional encounter.


Combat will be wrapped up soon.

I knew Paul, he did a good job on this one. I had hoped its episodic nature would translate well to PbP if I abbreviated the dungeon crawls.

Think we have a hard time finishing up the combat by Friday, but a cinematic ending is nonetheless possible.

I am starting up a Giantslayer, retro AP if anyone is interested. It will be dwarf focused.
