Yeah, I'm with Hella. I think it's just easier that way, well, at least for we players :)
Face to face I prefer getting xp as we go, but for play by post I'm totally happy with just being told when to level. It takes the focus a bit more away from the numbers and more on the plot.
I am in agreeance with everyone else as well. I prefer you simply let us know when to level.
Speaking of Level-Up, since we okayed Animal Archive, I'd like to give Darbi the Totem Guide animal companion archetype. It doesn't change anything on her til 3rd level, but I figured I'd go by PFS rules and make a last-minute change as we leave level 1 behind.

Okay, I need a quick recap of who's who in the kobold tribe. It's been a while and I can't seem to find where it is in the archives.

As of now we have:
Mikmek, kobold hero - somewhat less intimidating title because we found him a prisoner.
Littlefang - Outcast kobold shaman, has a beef with the chief and the current shaman (father deposed by said shaman, blames the chief for the weakening of the tribe)
Chief (no name identified as of yet) sent kobold heros to retrieve statue, implied that he caves to current shamans whims without resistance.
Shaman Tartuk - Apparently deceiving the existing kobolds with a demonic statue, Littlefang has made it clear his goal is to rid the tribe of him and the vendetta is personal.
2 Misc Kobolds with stomach ache - displaying fraggle like tendency to steal and gorge on radishes

Well, you could shoot some PMs to the other players, ask them if they're still in, and if they say no, or don't respond after three days go recruiting

Really? I thought she would have kept up with that one, at least. She really was enjoying that one. I'll bring it up as well.
Not to imply that she didn't like your Kingmaker game, but she found the character interactions in the WotR game more compelling. Which is rather fair. Our group has a lack of good foils to bring out interesting character traits in each other. Aluxion's naive farmboy schtick is less interesting without a worldly and streetwise character as contrast (which was somewhat provided by Miri).
kingmaker starts out a little slow cause of the sandbox mode exploration too, a lack of interesting npc's for regular interaction XD
