Harmless "potions". Evil critters aren't going to want to drink something that might be holy water. Therefore if you are prepared to drink it then, ipso facto, you are not evil.

Edit: Well, no spellcraft or knowledge arcana. As far as Elska is concerned, you could totally be capable of making such a concoction which could totally exist in the world. OOC I don't think holy water would hurt a shapeshifter, evil or not. It only affects undead and evil outsiders. :P

I had a bluff role in there - I'm not sure the old man knows either. But I figure a doppelganger wouldn't be sure I didn't have something that hurt doppelgangers as well.
You might want to throw a perception roll or two in there as well, but I'm sure our illustrious GM can handle that :)

Everyone has their own writing styles, which is not to say yours is better or worse than anyone elses, just we are all different. You are painting a picture of your character, not writing a novel here. I would not worry too much how to improve your writing, just pick what you are comfortable with and go for it!

I meant more a string outside with a sign, and the string is then run through to where we are, where it rings a bell. Not sure the engineering works, though.
