The small village of Falcon's Hollow is a wild place. Nestled in the shadow of Droskar's Crag, the people of Falcon's Hollow are hearty and stern. Theirs is a life of hardships, broken only occasionally by a handful of festivals and the infrequent merchant caravan. They face constant adversity from both the wilderness and the wiles of man. Wolves nip at their heels and cutpurses ply at their pockets. It is a testament to their strength that they even manage to survive at all.
An new challenge has arisen for the people of Falcon's Hollow. The hacking coughs of the sick are heard throughout the town. The plague has come to Falcon's Hollow and the town's leaders can't be bothered to stop it.

So I've decided to give this module another shot. I'm looking for 4-6 players depending on interest. See the spoiler below for character creation rules. I'll keep recruitment open for a week(closes 2/24) though might close sooner if we get a lot of interest.
Character Creation guidelines:
20 point buy
Core races only
Classes and archetypes from: Core, APG, UC, UM, or the inner sea guide will be accepted.
Other class features in the other books published by paizo will be considered but will need DM approval.
NO third party material will be accepted.
No evil characters please
max hit points at first level
Average starting wealth by class
2 traits
hero points will be used
Rough stat blocks will be fine for recruitment(don't need full alias yet). I'm looking more for background and character flavor more than crunch. I'd also like to have the four main party jobs covered(arcane, divine, front line, face) and classes that can do more than one of those will be appreciated.
I would like characters to post at least once a day when possible. I realize weekends are slow and I understand. I also understand that sometimes we're waiting for people to post so the once a day thing isn't possible.
Just a warning for my players: I do not have internet access at home so I am currently at the mercy of the public library system. And because of the high demand for computers they limit internet access to 2ish hours per day. So I will post when I can but don't expect immediate responses to things if I'm not around.
I have a fighter ready
and do you plan on going also through Crown of the Kobold King, Revenge of the Kobold King, Carnival of tears, and Hunger of the Dead?
Hey, I make the maps you need, which makes it easier for you.
and I have made the "Disappeared victims" for a Crown of the Kobold game that never happened.
Worked this up for a short story in the Darkmoon Vale I will write someday (which is where I came up with Linflass' background).
Would this work for backstory in your game?
Spoiler:
Brakksed CleftCutter is a neutral ex-cleric of Angradd. He had gone into the Kodar Mountains to convert the inhabitants to his god’s worship. He gained great influence with a moderately powerful slag. Then he fell in love at first sight with a female dwarf in another slag. He became completely obsessed and convinced his slag to attack the other one, intending to take the female captive and making her his bride. But she was killed with every other member of the slag during the assault.
He realized what he had done as he looked at her corpse but it was too late. Angradd severed his presence and Brakksed lost his cleric abilities. Broken emotionally and spiritually, he left the mountains and wandered aimlessly pursued by guilt. After a time in the River Kingdoms, he eventually found his way into the Ninth Battalion, where he has served well enough, though believes he is permanently forsaken by his god.
THIS PART CAN BE MODIFIED IF IT'S TOO MUCH
Angradd told Charak Helmrunner in a vision that if Brakksed can recover Druingar the Glintaxe’s axe and commit himself to the god again, his powers MIGHT be restored (via an Atonement spell). Brakksed does not know this though he has been told that he is to quest for the axe as an act of devotion to Angradd.
Brakksed wields a mace, having cast aside his great axe when Angradd forsook him.
I've been hoping to get him into a Darkmoon Vale game. Thanks!
Ajambo, wandering and displaced native of the Mwangi Expanse, looking to earn enough money to get back home and fight Chelaxians, has arrived in Falcon's Hollow looking for work. She is a warrior, incorporating the dance and rhythmic drumming of her people into her spear-fighting style (also known as an Arcane Duelist bard possibly aiming for Shadowdancer down the road, whose primary performance medium is rhythmic percussion of her spears rattled against her tribal shield and the pounding stomps of her dancing feet).

Old Man Bao, as he introduces himself, is a slight middle aged man who wears loose, patched monk robes and carries a gnarled walking stick. He is bald, wears a constant strangely serene smile and spouts small verses of seeming nonsense, like "It is a wise man who sees the bird, but does not see the tree." Still, he's likeable enough, except for his tendency to confuse people.
He's older than most adventurers and does not speak of his life before coming to Falcon's Hollow, but he does say that he is seeking enlightenment. He's not Tien, but he does seem to speak the language as well as Common. He might be Chelish, but it's hard to tell. At any rate, he has expressed a desire to help the less fortunate. And he doesn't seem to be as frail as his body suggests...
Here's a Sorcerer for you to consider.
I'll need to tweak a bit to match this module, but the gist is there.
Darkspell Background:
The Glass Wizard
21 years ago, a young family gives birth to their first child. As a farming family living off the land, this should be the most joyous moment of their lives. That dream was shattered as the midwife let loose a startled gasp. The mother screamed and wailed. She knew what happened. The infant had not been born healthy.
Without hesitation the husband took the infent into his arms. It was a boy. A boy! He proceeded to share the joy with his loving wife. Raising the boy would be no easy task. Being born wihtout pigment in his skin or hair, and weak in body. He would not be able to work in direct sunlight, and his strength may be depleted. He appearance was that of an albino, but his condition went far deeper than that..
Unable to participate in most activities, or provide for his family, the boy found he has a desperate need for socercey. Not a desire, but a necessity. At first to provide five, and clean drinking water. Later shelter and enhancing the crops. All under cover of darkness and secrecy. Over the years as he grew, hiding him became more difficult and dangerous to his parents. Learning new magic for defense, and later to bring down game, was not a choice, but a matter of survival. At his eleventh birthday, he left wihtout notice, and locked tight all reference to his family into a dark and secret place in his psyche. He knew, if the connection is ever made between them, his parents would still be prosecuted to this day.
Living on the fringe of society, he occasionally sought work with pirates and ruffians, as they judged him by his skills, not his defects. Mostly anyhow. Their morals and motivation, however, did not sit with the young man. Deemed "the glass wizard" by by the pirate king Kardash, due to his opaque skin taking on a shinny, gloss luminance when caught in evening light.
The young man has experienced the horrors first hand of predigest, betrayal, hatred and isolation. He has also witnessed unconditional beauty, kindness and love. Though always at a distance.
The young mans current motivation for living is to bring an end to tyranny and hatred in the land. To one day, stand in front of his people as a welcomed hero, and show that those born with "defects" belong. Bringing an end to the barbaric custom that would have denied his existence, and the heroic deeds he will accomplish.
Dark and moody, living in the shadowy twilight of life, and trusting no one. The young man seeks comrades that will value him for his skills, and posses the same moral beliefs he has. But there is a dark side. Beware his cloak! Believing there is no pure good, or pure evil in the world, he wears a reversible full bodied, hooded cloak. One side is off white. Signifying good, but not pure good, as man is flawed with personal goals and fear. The other side however, is midnight black. Not pure black, but dark no the lees. If you see the glass wizard approaching wearing his dark cloak, be afraid. Be very afraid.
I present to you the young man who calls himself
Darkspell; The glass wizard.
Human
6'1"
Hair the color of white sunlit beach sand
Eye of the palest pink, with pure black pulps and ringed in black.
Translucent pigment less skin.
Weak of body, but strong of will.
Game note: he's a mistrusting loner, living on the fringe of society, trusting no one, and instantly shunned by all you see him.so the wizard school would not be for him. Let me know if that is an issue.

Elannic grew up in Darkmoon Vale, wandering the trees and wild places. It was there that he spotted what he believes to be a Herald of Erastil. He felt the call of the god and has followed him ever since. He seeks to mediate what disputes he can between the local loggers, since his even temper and impartiality is generally respected.
I was going to cook up a basic veteran ranger--tough, no non-sense, been-there-done-that-picked-a-favored-enemy type. Got bored and made someone, uh.. different.

Lindana's dad worked as a scout for the loggers, wandering ahead of the main crew finding and marking the best bunch of trees to fell in the next week. Lindana would follow him on his daily tasks learning to get around the forest with ease. A few years ago, Lindana's father was seriously injured in a logging accident. Since then he and his wife have been running a pub in Raven's Hollow. Lindana helps around the pub as a server, but sneaks off into the woods whenever she gets a chance. Lindana loves her parents and wants to help them, but doesn't want to spend the rest of her life serving beer to drunken loggers. (Although she does get decent tips. The "Awe, look at the little girl carrying that huge tray" shtick works every time.)
Name : Buck-Buck Smallmill
Race : Halfling
Class : Ranger (1)
Alignment : Lawful Good
God : Erastil
Buck-Buck Smallmill, was the youngest of Angus and Glory's brood of eight boys, and so as
such he knew that there was no future for him at the family sawmill. So he took to the
road at the time a young man usually turns to such endeavors.
Having spent most of his formative years alone in the woods near the mill, he had become
quite adept in the woodland arts and naturally gravitated towards the larger local
settlement where there was a guild of Rangers established and ready for new recruits.
Buck-Buck has spent the requisite early training with his masters and now finds himself
being sent off into the wilderness for 'seasoning' as the old Dwarven GuildMaster Longbottom
put it.

I can't believe it mathpro, you wanna run Falcon's Hollow again and you don't give the mighty Finik a call! For shame! Hehe I would love to play him again even without his brother, unless another player wants to take up that headache!

Awesome to see you again Finik its been to long. Make sure you reset you're profile(not sure you added anything to it).
Well there I was deep in the woods with some other people that didn't talk much and I saw the vile creature eating some babies or whatever those things do for a hobby. So I know I had to stop it and I raised my axe and shouted something clever like ""HEY BESSY, TIME TO MOOOOOOOVE TO THAT DAIRY FARM IN THE SKY!!!!". And then split it open like a cheap harlet's door, haha good times!
