"I don't know Phillip. I mean I wish I had something that would help me figure out some of the more morally ambiguous decisions I got to make," the half-elf said.

"Large red, somewhat otherwordly I think. It did not look like any of the hounds that were being rounded up. Vendalfek did seem rather afraid of it though" Jules shrugged apologetically, "As for creating a distraction, I don't believe lighting fires would do us any favors for our reputation. If Vendalfek could put any of the custodians to sleep as we work that would lighten the load of people we need to manage. If a fight breaks out we would likely need to end it quickly and leave. Graverobbing is still graverobbing and likely to be spun against us."

It seems our best option after all is to sneak in the old-fashioned way. No disguise or infiltration is going to make us look good digging in the graveyard.

When Jules mentions Vendalfek he perks up.

Kethaera has heard that the priest who is buried there was known for rallying civilians during the civil war to support House Thrune and the Church of Asmodeus. He was something of a folk hero from their perception.

Kethaera also knows what the dog is: A Hellhound. She also knows that she could probably buy a scroll of Expeditious Excavation from a wizard for cheap.

No luck on the Phylactery. I like to keep morally ambiguous things ambiguous.

Jules isn't entirely certain, but he doesn't think Blosodriette was intentionally insulting him. She seems sad today.

"Hmm...we best be careful while digging as the priest is something of a folk hero to both House Thrune and the Church of Asmodeus. He was known for rallying support for both factions during the civil war. If they find their precious folk hero's remains disturbed, there'll be a huge investigation. So we best be extremely careful."

Kethaera adds, "I can however purchase a scroll of Expeditious Excavation from a wizard for cheap that might prove useful. I might get two just in case as it might help us bury the priest's remains once we are done."

"As for the canine you saw Jules, it's a Hellhound."

"It's fairly straightforward. We are literally setting up to rob a grave. Thrune's men then spread that there are grave-robbers about. If they don't know it was us, that's fine. However, it would be just as easy for him to pin it on us regardless. That is manageable by my team on the streets spreading counter information. Information is an asset Ms.Nightbreeze. One I have dealt in for a decent span of time. If we want the cache we should do as Mr.Vashnarstill said and performed an old fashioned heist. If you can get a scroll of magic that would aid us then I highly recommend that." Jules said as he sipped his tea.

After Kethaera buys a scroll (or two) of Expeditious Excavation, the group heads over to the church of Asmodeus and the Temple Hill Gardens. The Hellhound is nowhere in sight, but there are two Asmodean priests making a circle patrol around the grounds. There is a human woman paying her respects to one of the graves, and there is a halfling slave digging out a new grave.
