I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

the one at KL 4-5 collapses at Oso's command.

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

the one at jk 2-3 is brought low by a lightningbolt, a fiery burst, and Stiggy's mighty blows.

Stiggy has a cleave on the prone one in kL 4-5....

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

Gittik, Altai, then it's initiative.

Cleave: 1d20+6=7, 1d10+21=30 and miss!

<Stig, fumbling his axe, misses by a country mile and almost hacks a piece off Gittik.>

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

The skeleton clacks his teeth together in laughter...

Male Human Barbarian1/Cleric10

"It'll get back up in a few seconds," shrugs Oso.

M Halfling Barbarian 10

Charges Stiggy's opponent. Attack = 7 + 2 + 12 = 21. Damage = 1 + 4 = 5. With a slashing weapon. Hooray....

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

Gittik's at k3, on top of the one that Stiggy killt; his weapon finds no purchase.

Altai casts 2 scorching Rieserays (one spell)....at the commanded down giant skeleton; he's pretty jacked up looking.

Stiggy and Gittik...

Spoiler:
you heard something else schneaking up in the fog; it's behind the one that's been knocked down by Oso somewhere.

Initiative; if you beat a 14 it's your attacks again.

I edited the spoiler above cos Stiggy's asleep right now, and his character could prolly tell Gittik at least.

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

Oh, and I'm keeping track of all the Riesespells Altai casts on his profile.

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

Oh; Gittik can hear Stiggy on the spoiler above; Stiggy's prolly asleep right now. Everybody else is in the other room, and can make a listen d.c. 10 check to hear Stiggy tell Gittik something.

Listen:1d20+7=26

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

You hear it, and so everybody hears the spoiler.

Bard 8/ Troubadour of Stars 9 Epic Shredder

didn't see the initiative shout out

Initiative: 1d20+3=16

Pip hears Stiggy and tries to get a look at what's over there.

Spot: 1d20+4=18

If I spot something hincky like a possible BBEG I will deploy my Dispel Magic

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

It's just too damn foggy. You can't see anything more than 5 feet away.
You guys win initiative though; it's your attack.

Bard 8/ Troubadour of Stars 9 Epic Shredder

Hmm ..not much else gonna work on skellis in my toolbox, so ...

Pip whirls his sling once again

If the prone skelli is still functional I'll go for it, otherwise the nearest one.

Sling: 1d20+13=24, 1d4+2=5

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

You smack it in the head, and knock a few teeth out.
It damages the fogger.

Male Human Barbarian1/Cleric10

Oso steps up to the prone giant skelli confident that the Prince of Swords is now watching him and his prowess in battle will show for all to see.

He slices down with the hand and a half sword at the skull..

Attack roll nat 1, by Toutatis!

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

He's able to get into the room, at J3 to attack the prone one; when he does, he can now see a giant skeleton at HI 3-4, right friggin' next to him.
It takes an aoo on the brave cleric, and Oso takes 18 h.p. of damage from the club.

Male Human Barbarian1/Cleric10

"Take th--whack!"

Stig is alseep. Wow. I am eriously sconfused. Isle of Dread just turned into Jacob's ladder. Stig's head starts rattling around then he kills Pip.

Kruelman is asleep. It's like when I write spoilers talking about my characters and switch between he and my every sentence.

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

Stiggy sleep-posting.

Stig reaches out and whacks anything that looks dangerous:

1st: 1d20+6=25, 1d10+21=26
2nd:1d20+1=16, 1d10+21=24

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

Stiggy smashes the prone one in KL 4-5 to bits. One two and through and through.
He sees to the right of him a massive giant's club slamming Oso the cleric who just showed up next to him...

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

Gittik, Riese, Elgan, Beldan and Altai left...

Male Wild Elf Druid 16 (Shifter version, PHBII)

Elgan screeches as Oso is pummeled by a giant club that seems to materialize right out of the mist itself. It is impossible to tell if the screech is one of warning, frustration, or anger.

'Too slow! Always too slow! Master Yindu was right, I have GOT to start paying attention! These people are depending on me!' The Druid-Hawk chides himself, as he sends another lightning strike into the space where the club originated from.

Dmg: 3d10+1=16

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

The lightning cracks; for a brief instant the place is lit..
at hi 2-3 it's another giant skeleton.
at h4, and at L6, there are briefly silhouetted two human-sized forms.
Then they are re-hidden by the mist.

M Halfling Barbarian 10

"Oooo, that nice effect. Do again, it pretty!"

Charges to L6 and assault whatever is there.

Roll to hit = 15 + 12 + 2 = 29. Damage = 1 + 4 = 5.

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

She looks surprised for an instant, this hag with skin the color of iron ore....and wicked talons like steel. Her blood is red enough though, and Gittik wounds her.

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

Gittik's in L5 I reckon.

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

Riese, Beldan and Altai;
I thin' Altai might fireball the skelly that put the smackdown on Oso; waiting for last though.

Male Human Rogue 14

Not sure if I’ve got everyone’s positions correct; I’ve got a giant skeleton at H-I/2-3, a humanoid shape at H4, and a hag at L6. No other visible enemies?
On our side I’ve got Oso at J3, Stig at L3, Gittik at L5, no-one else in the room yet – sound right?

Taking note of the enemy positions with the flash of the lightning bolt, Beldan sneaks into the room. Trying to sneak and hide through the fog. Move Silently: 7+16 = 23. Hide: 19+13 = 32. He will go L3, K4, J5, J6, J7, K8. If he sees that this is going to run him into or uncomfortably close to a hitherto unseen enemy, he’ll stop and re-assess.

Bard 8/ Troubadour of Stars 9 Epic Shredder

When it's Pip's turn again, he will try to sneak over and take a lookyloo at the two figures revealed by the lightning

Move Silently: 1d20+10=30

Shwing!

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

Beldan's able to make the move without drawing any unwanted attention. It's unnerving though; he can't see anything past 5 feet, though he can hear Gittik's feral growlings and a hag's vulgar ululations.

Riese; then I'll go for Altai.

Male Human Paragon 3 /Evoker 6 (abjuration&enchantment barred) ---37,300XP

3d6=9 Fiery burst centered on L6. "Who is it!?!"

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

There's a shriek of pain...
as Riese's firebomb pops off.

Altai moves in to k2; fireballs the skeleton menacing Oso. It takes damage, but doesn't drop.

The hag attacks Gittik; the fog, however, seems to obscure her ability to land an attack.
"Curse this damn fog! It was a brainless idea!!!" she complains.

A fireball goes off....Altai, Oso, Stiggy, and Gittik take it; reflex d.c. 15 save or 13 damage.

The massive skeleton swats at Oso twice with it's great club, and (God is my witness) rolled a 1 and a 2. These dice love you guys...

EVERYBODY'S ATTACK...

Gittik:

Spoiler:
there's another one of ...something, around, next to the hag you're fighting. You heard it coming up, really quietly but you can't see it.

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

They're 20 feet away from eachother, and the room's fog only allows about a 5 foot visibility. One is fighting Gittik, and one is....pretty mysterious at this point. Which of the two suits your fancy, as it were?

1d20+3=14

<Stig belly-bucks the brunt of the blast.>

Does Stig have any remaining adjacent foes, or anyone within 5 feet?

<If not Stig listens for potential victims and moves toward them: 1d20+5=20>

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

Nope; Skelly 10 feet away, Gittik's hag adversary about 10 feet away, and the heretofore unknown humanoid, about 15 feet away.

Male Human Rogue 14

Beldan will 5 foot step (or just move if he can’t do a five foot step as such in the fog) to L7 and stab at the hag with his keen rapier, flanking with Gittik.
16+6+1 (inspire courage) +2 (flanking) = 25. Crit confirm: 9+6+1+2 = 18.
Damage: 6+1+1 (inspire) = 8. +8 if crit. +15 if sneak attack applies for flanking.

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

Gittik sees his friend's rapier emerge from the hag's liver briefly; she's bleeding good but in her frenzy barely seems to notice.
not a crit, but a sneak attack

<Stig advances on the unknown humanoid and gives battle, switching to his warhammer on the move.>

1d20+6=9, 1d10+21=25

...dang, he misses.

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

Stiggy advances to I 4. The unknown humanoid....didn't stick around. They're gone, a mystery of the mist...

Male Human Barbarian1/Cleric10

Oso's white teeth flash at the club whistling around him, then he steps in to the undead and slashes at one leg.

"Gots a big one here!" he shouts.

Attack roll 17, Damage=13

M Halfling Barbarian 10

Save = 12 + something = more than 15.

"IT BURNS! IT BURNS! Oh, it no so bad after all."

"Crap! Ah'm lost."

If I have a chance, I'd like to try and get a gander at Mr. Mystery. I see he has already left the building, but can I get a looksee?

Male Wild Elf Druid 16 (Shifter version, PHBII)

Elgan-hawk screeches in response to Oso's cry, and another bolt of lightning pops down, briefly illuminating the bones of the giant skelly in a crackling nimbus of St. Elmo's Fire.

3d10+1=22

I AM THE LORD OF ALL HELLFIRE!!!!!

Oso and Elgan bring down the massive skelly.
