The big beetle munches up the damaged pirate in G7.
Attack 1: 13+10+1(haste)=AC 24, damage 6+12=18. Attack 2: 12+10+1(haste)=AC 23, damage 7+12=19.
The wasp flies to E/F 13-14 and bites the prone schmuck in D12.
Attack roll 12+8+1(haste)+4(prone target)=AC 25, damage 2+8=10.
Altai casts his exciting new super-spell on Beldan.
No move. Beldan is now 9', 900 lbs of scaly destruction. Go git'em!

Although he thought he was ready for it, Beldan can’t help but yelp in shock as he feels himself change and grow – a yelp that turns into a feral screech from an oversized, shark-tooth filled mouth.
“Whoa,” booms the jolly green giant, looking down at one green scaled and clawed hand, before picking up his now under-sized quarterstaff in the same hand, reaching out across the deck with an arm some four or more feet long and attempting to whack one of the skeletons on the other deck with the staff like it was a club.
Beldan is in B-C 7-8. His attack bonus with his quarterstaff is +11 (+12 with haste), damage 1d6+6. AC is 18 (19 with haste), hit points = 71, movement 20 feet (40 with haste). 10 foot reach.
Attack: 18+12 = 30 against E8. Damage: 3+6 = 9 (bludgeoning, non-magical)
Attack #2 (haste): 16+12 = 28. Damage: 4+6 = 10.
(I think I can probably get extra attacks with bite or off-hand claw, but Beldan is still getting used to this form and doesn’t think of it).

Beldan smacks the fiery skeleton in c8's head clean off with the second blow. It goes skipping across the deck, and lands in the ocean.
I think Altai was in b8, so Bel would be in cd-7-8. You'll take some fire damage if you hit him; 14 h.p. worth. I'll let you make the decision and all.

He’ll take the fire damage – but then he’ll start looking about for something (I don’t know, a pole, a section of railing, a spar – something he’ll rip off the enemy ship if needs be) that he can use as an improvised reach weapon.
Also, what happens to the skeletons when they “die”. Do they keep flaming? Crumble to dust? Fall apart? Stay relatively intact?

Riese's Fiery Fist (bigby's striking fist.)1d20+8=23 to hit, 3d6=13 nonlethal damage BUT the fist attempts a bullrush 1d20+7=21 (reflex DC18 for half the damage and avoid bullrush attempt). Trying to knock the cap'n into E15 or beyond, off the deck and into the drink. The nonlethal damage probably isn't gonna hurt him but maybe a fall into the ocean will.

He resists the bullrush attempt; the impact throttles him and knocks his mandible off; "Shinger ngee tingers!!! Ngaaaaa!" which is odd; one is made to think it rather odd that an animated skeleton's mandible even stays on, since the mandible doesn't articulate with anything....

Regular attacks: Attack 1: hits AC 20, damage 34 on F12. Attack 2 (bonus attack from Haste: hits AC 23, damage 30 on F11. Attack 3: hits AC 19, damage 33 on F10.
If any of these attacks downed anyone, here's a Cleave attempt: it hits AC 20, damage 29 on F8 (or any of the boneboys I attacked above that didn't fall).

Altai's action depends on the captain's continued health. Also, are there any skellingtons left on the pirate ship's deck? If so, can the beetle rush them? If not, it runs towards the captain and the two boneheads on our boat.

the last two up on the poop deck jump in the water and fwoosh out, as do the three Oso turned.
1,400 exp. each; end of combat.
capm has a +1 chain shirt, +2 large steel shield, and a +1 long sword; there's 16 suits of chain shirts and shields, and long swords amongst the dead undead.
Tom says the fires on the sails are out, but they've taken damage, and he has to rig a backup set of sheets; give him two hours and they can be underway (this is coming from a dude who knows nothing about any of this sailing ship crap, but I think if I was sailing around like that I'd have some backup sails).
The Hellwind's fires winked out as soon as the capm went in the drink.

Stig opens th' hatch,....dust as from a newly opened crypt that has lain unmolested down strange eons billows forth, and away on the wind.
Nothing moving, no noises but for the groaning of the ship's timbers...
toward the port wall there's some great wooden barrels of some form of liquid, and not much else; in the center of the main hold Stig can see a great beetle-shaped thing, 10 feet long, and quite motionless.
