So this is a question I'm investigating on my own but I only have the first three SotR Scenarios. Why the question? My FLGS is lagging on joining the retailer program because of some of the information that is requested, so I've been running everything out of my own box.
We've grown from our initial 2 players to 12! With new players joining in as our original crew heads into 1-3A, I'm trying to see how much of 1-1 and 1-2 can be run at the same time slot of 1-3 without sharing locations.
Don't know if Paizo OP has this info but a simple list of which things CANNOT be run at the same time would be helpful assuming a table of 4.
Has anyone figured this out already while I work on getting more boxes?

You can probably run a wilderness scenario at the same time as a not-wilderness scenario, but trying to run two wilderness scenarios at once is probably pretty doomed. I suspect you could figure out some proxies for location cards if needed, but depending on the group sizes (2 groups of 6!?!) you're potentially going to run low on banes. You'll also need to proxy cards which are singletons, like servitor demons and other summonable henchmen.
All that said - good luck with resolving this, and glad things are going well!

If you're talking about running two Scenarios out of the same box, you're probably doomed. Each table should have a full set of monsters, full set of barriers, (I'm not gonna list all the boons, but, those too) with which to build location decks and/or draw random cards from the box. All the Bs and 1s you'd be using to play 1-1X would be missing from the set playing 1-3X, and they kinda need to be in there to make the box "legal".
As one of the 1-3X players, I'm just as happy to not have to deal with Deck B or 1 Boons. (And they can HAVE the Arboreal Blights and Demonic Hoards...) But if we're gonna do Guild, we gotta stay on the up 'n' up.

OP Legality aside (since that is clearly not going to fly), you might be able to make something like this work for home games with 2 groups of 2 or maybe even 3, but yeah at the end of the day the store getting a copy for the store would be a really good call. If you're bringing in 12 customers a week, it's guaranteed to be worthwhile.

The other group voiced that the best solution would be if SotS was tiered so they could jump into the SotR games when it strikes them *poke poke* :P
Looking forward to the Rise OP as this problem is easily solved by just running two different APs! When Rise drops I can run 3 APs out of my own personal stock because we should of course be at 12-18 by then, naturally.

Also, with 12 players, I'm sure there's at least 1 who could be convinced to buy a set for home play if your store isn't going quick enough.
Another thought in this regard: if all 12 players kicked in, like, 5 bucks, you could purchase a box for Guild play. Tack on another couple dollars and you've got the Character Add-On Deck, too. Not an unreasonable price for the weeks and weeks of entertainment Guild play offers.

Hiya, Donald.
Have you spoken to your regional coordinator? They might be able to get you a spare copy of Shackles or Wrath.
I can also check on the status of your store's retailer application if you put them in touch with me at tanis.oconnor@paizo.com.
Regardless, thank you for getting people to play our game!
