Eirik was nauseated rounds 1 and 2, shouldn't he be up to mere sickened on this 3rd round?

Yes, and that was what I meant to say by 'until round 3' in the status block but I then screwed it up in my explanation in the OOC.

In summary: yes, Eirik is only sickened in Round 3.

Oh, I got confused on what round it was when I posted last time. I thought my Nauseated round was already over. That being the case then I'm just reposting my last action for this round.

Action 1
Tillia was feeling better after emptying her stomach, she knew it was disgusting, but it helped none the less. Collecting herself as best she could the mage began to cast a spell, careful not to draw the creature's attention. She didn't know if this would work out but it was worth a try. The spell flew at the nearest of the creatures and seized hold of it's mind as she said, "Help us kill the other two like you and we'll try to get you whatever you want."

Concentration DC 21: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (14) + 9 = 23
I cast suggestion on the Otygh to Caleb's right and command it to help kill the other two otygh's, DC 19 will negates.

Male Human Monk (unchained) 11

Okies... -2 to everything for the next few rounds, then...

Staggering against the wall, Eirik could finally feel his stomach settling - perhaps because he had already thrown up everything he had eaten earlier in the day, and bquite possible everyhting he had ever eaten in his whole life. He raised his gaze to beheld a chaotic battlefield. Caleb and Tillia had succumbed to the stench, although they seemed to have recovered before him. Noravia, though, was in trouble, her body in the embrace of a whole forest of tentacles and feelers.

Growling, the monk lurched forward, almost slipping on the vomit-slickened floor. Luckily, he needed take but a few steps to reach an enemy.

Channeling Ki into his fingertips, he leapt at the clostst aberration, fingers ripping and tearing at the beast's flesh like the claws of a large predator, sending bits and pieces of blood and flesh flying high into the air.

5' step gets Eirik close enough to flurry Noravia's critter. Might as well state some new default guidelines... Every round's first attack will henceforth ignore all non-epic DC and Hardness, and will have +1 attack & damage, thanks to the new Style Strike and the bodywraps, respectively. Sure, I can change which attack gets the bonus, but since I can also check the dice results ahead of time, it's more fair that both bonuses always go to the first strike, unless there is very specific reason to wait.

Melee, flurry: 1d20 + 11 - 2 ⇒ (15) + 11 - 2 = 24
Melee, flurry: 1d20 + 10 - 2 ⇒ (19) + 10 - 2 = 27

Damage, flurry, lethal: 1d8 + 1d6 + 1d4 + 1 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (4) + (5) + (2) + 1 + 1 - 2 = 11

Male Human Monk (unchained) 11

Ah, didn't remember to delete the bleed damage from the second attack, but when one thinks about it, I think the higher damage will replace the lower one - it's not like only one strike can cause the bleed. Anyway. d8 is base damage, d6 electricity, d4 bleed, first +1 is strength, second on the first strike is for the Bodywraps, -2 from sickened, and Rend is from the new style feat Eirik picked up - if 2 unarmed strikes hit the same target, 2d6 extra damage as Eirik rips and tears at its flesh with his Ki claws.

Tillia was in a very precarious position and she knew that she needed to get out of it. So in saying she did the only thing that she could do, withdrew back up the stairs as quick as she could.

Full withdraw up the stairs, if I red the map right the first five feet put a wall between me and the adjacent otyugh so there shouldn't be an AoO. If I'm mistaken then let me know and I'll change my action.

Caleb felt like screaming at the odious things as Tillia bolted for the safety of the stairs. Only the realisation that a scream meant he would have to breathe in the foul air stopped him. Action 1

Vandomir's mind registered that Star had been lagging back from the fight. Yes, these are not the normal sort of creature, so it made sense that Star would be reluctant to attack them. Well, time for bipeds to handle things it seemed.

Vandomir took another swing at the creature attacking him...

His blade cute deep, and the ichor that the creature used for blood seeped out...

... as it fell to the floor at his feet.

... but it continued to fight.

Vandomir doesn't need a +2 weapon. He made the choice to go with two +1 weapons instead. As for armor. He wears Rowan's old armor. If they were to +2 it, fine, otherwise, no thanks.

5' step to get in range, then attack.

Blood and other bodily fluids of the tentacled beast draping his clothes, Eirik stomped through the remains of his foe to reach the closest living enemy, spitting on the ground in a futile effort to rid his mouth of the taste of rising bile. Batting aside a reaching tentacle, he lunged bodily into the creature's embrace, Ki-invested fingers slicing like knives through the enemy's flesh as he sought to reach its main body.

Noravia was grateful for Eirik ripping one of the creatures off of her but it seemed to make the other one all the more intent on keeping her in it's grasp. Wasn't sure if I could try to break the grapple again or if it just gets more difficult. Rolled just in case.

Also, may understanding is that Noravia can switch her judgment as a swift action and it will count as the same judgment because we're still in the same combat. If this is the case, she'll switch it to healing unless she'll need to make another fort save. If I'm wrong then just ignore.

Hello...

Female Human Inquisitor(Infiltrator)/10

Action 1:
Noravia bent over, hands on knees, and gulped in air now that her diaphragm and rib cage could expand; however, she immediately regretted her actions as the smell overwhelmed her. She gagged but managed to keep hold of her stomach contents and didn't add them to those already all over the floor.

Lifting her head, she met the eyes of both Eirik and Caleb in turn. "My thanks for your help. Those things would have squeezed the life out of me if you hadn't acted in spite of how you were feeling."

tag ?

Moving over to Vandomir and seeing the slain otyugh, the inquisitor said, "I see yours fared as your foes normally do." Her eyes were drawn towards his bite. Touching the edges of the skin around the bite, Noravia gently prodded the affected tissue. Her heart sank as she realized that Vandomir had been infected with the taint that she had sensed trying to seep into her when she was bitten. Trying to keep her voice light she said, "If you had wanted bedrest, there are better ways to go about it than having one of these foul creatures bite you." Her face then turned serious. "Whatever that thing infected you with is beyond my ability to heal. The best I can do is infuse you with the goodness of Milani to help you fight off the sickness."

Action 1
Tillia came back down when the fighting was over with and looked around in disgust. It was obvious that she was still feeling ill from being here but she had returned none the less. "Let's never do that again," she wheezed. She began to use her magic to clean herself and then anyone else who might have gotten soiled down here and, once that was finished, took a strip of clean cloth and wrapped it around her face before casting her spell again to give it a pleasant scent in the hopes it would mask the odors in the room somewhat.

Action 2
Tillia let the others examine the room as she stayed as far from the corpses and filth as she possibly could.

More to come after the discoveries are pointed out by others.

Action 1

"I feel none too good guys," Vandomir murmured, "this bite, well, it is no normal thing I am feeling." The noble staggered, but placing his left hand down onto Star's head gave him a renewed strength, and he lifted up to his full stature.

Action 2

"Let me have a look at that door," Vandomir said, as he moved to inspect it.

”Someone certainly wants to keep intruders away,” Eirik murmured as he watched Noravia tending to Vandomir’s wounds, grateful for a few more moments to rest and try to settle his still rebelling stomach. ”If you want, I can try breaking open the next door we find, just in case there are more traps.”

Action 2

Perception: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (6) + 11 = 17
Knowledge Religion: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19

Eirik eyed the women suspiciously, paying particular attention on the nets they were carrying. At least it’d be a pleasant change of pace to battle someone who was going to try taking them alive. Unless the talk was merely a bluff, or an opening move in a negotiation. That thought faded quickly, though, when one of the women staggered under Caleb’s mental onslaught. Not that he had thought the chances for a peaceful resolution very high in any case.

Moving on light feet, the bulky monk rushed through the enemy lines before the woman had a chance to solidify their ranks, engaging the furthest back enemy first, attacking with a leg sweep as he twirled past the woman, ending his movement in the far corner of the room.

Please remember that Eirik can deflect thrown weapons as well as missiles shot from bows, so if they try to toss some on him, the first hit each round will automatically miss.

Anyway… Eirik would not have attacked immediately, so Caleb gets to go first, then Eirik reacts. Not that it really changes anything… let’s more as far back as possible to tie enemies in melee… say, to the left of the upper left enemy, so Eirik gets two flanks against a wall. Leaving room for one attack…

Melee, unarmed: 1d20 + 11 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 11 + 1 = 17 … which might well miss. But just in case it won’t, here’s the damage…

Melee, damage, nonlethal: 1d8 + 1d6 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (1) + (5) + 1 + 1 = 8

Back to the +2 weapon or armor gift issue from earlier… if no-one wants either, how about getting +2 bracers of armor? I imagine Eirik, Caleb or Tillia could put one to good use – in Eirik’s case he’d be upgrading from his current +1, possibly giving it to one of our casters.

Round 2

Vandomir and Star will be moving to and attacking the "lady" in the middle of the room. If that one is down by my turn, then another one.

Turning from his downed enemy, Vandomir moved towards the one that had thrown the net on him. It slowed him, the times hurt as they dig into his skin, but he would show her what pain was. He concentrated hard as he moved, so that his weapon...

+1 Greatsword: 1d20 + 9 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (14) + 9 + 1 - 2 = 22 +4 vs humans, +2 vs Evil outsiders
+1 Greatsword Damage: 2d6 + 4 ⇒ (2, 2) + 4 = 8 +4 vs humans, +2 vs Evil outsiders

... would strike the woman hard, and it did.

Again, Star followed Vandomir's lead, and attacked the one that he attacked...

Bite: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 4 + 1 = 22 +4 vs humans, +2 vs Evil outsiders
Bite: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 +4 vs humans, +2 vs Evil outsiders

... and again her teeth took a large chunk out of the adversary's hide.

If they are human, or evil outsider, you can add the extra bonuses for Vandomir and Star.

One of them still laughed, “Surrender to the Whore Queen…”

'Confident, aren't they,' Eirik thought as he dodged the woman's strikes. Or rather, claws. So, whatever the opponents were, they were not what they first appeared. Still, they were intelligent, very much able to speak, so trying to take at least one of them alive would be worth attempting, for the secrets she might be made to reveal.

Rising Moon, into Falling leaf. The woman deftly stepped back to avoid the high kick, but her greed proved her downfall as she eagerly lunged forward in a counter attack, and thus brought her head in the path of the follow-up axe kick. The heel of Eirik's boot connected with the top of the woman's head, driving her down to her knees.

Melee, flurry: 1d20 + 11 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 11 + 1 = 13
Melee, flurry: 1d20 + 10 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 10 + 1 = 29

Damage, flurry, nonlethal: 1d8 + 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + (6) + 1 = 12

Stats

"Seriously. You need to surrender." Caleb turned his mind to the least wounded of the women they faced. "I appreciate you're just trying to defend yourself." he continued, as the woman clutched at her head in a soundless scream. "You're not trying to kill us, we don't need to kill you."
mind thrust I DC 17 halved: 5d6 ⇒ (3, 1, 1, 1, 4) = 10
"Don't make me try." he continued calmly as a think line of bloody drool ran down his victim's chin. "My patience extends only so far."

Vandomir chuckled as he heard Caleb's statement, above the din of the combat he yelled, "Yes, well, I came in here already with no patience for bossy b&&&*es that want to tie me up, for who knows what purpose." He glanced at Tillia and Noravia, "I mean, except for you two obviously."

One of them still laughed, “Surrender to the Whore Queen…”

Noravia struggled forward under the awkwardness of the net. "Can they say anything else?" she muttered.

It took her longer to reach her target but she was also very determined to put her down. Getting as much momentum behind her swing as possible when hampered by the net, the inquisitor lashed out with her morningstar.

+1morningstar,bless,entangled: 1d20 + 6 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (9) + 6 + 1 - 2 = 14
damage: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
+1 to attack and damage if considered Asmodean or Thrune

Alas, her weapon snagged the net and kept her attack from striking its intended foe.

Wouldn't it be knowledge (local) to id them since their humanoids?

Action 1
No further response.

Action 2
Tillia looked at the four lovely women and saw one of them quickly dispatched by her friends and decided that this fight was going to go quickly. She might as well help it along. She focused and began her spell, the same one that failed to help against the Otyugh, and chose one of the un-engaged women as her target. She spoke sincerely and said, "You're three lovely companions are going to betray you and sell you with the next batch of slaves. Kill them now and we'll let you go free."

Bluff to sell the story: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25
I cast suggestion on the woman to the left of C@, will save DC 19 negates.
