Here is the short version:
skinwalker sniper 5 stats (sniper 7 halfway through APL 8, sniper level 9 at APL 9)
dire bat stats (bat stats almost straight from the book)
hybrid stats (kind of skinwalker/bat gestalt), with hands for weapon and a couple bonuses (such as DR & natAC).
To my reading

* It seems to imply that this aspect is gestalt as well. "In animal and hybrid form, the lycanthrope's ability scores are the same as the base creature's or the base animal's, whichever ability score is higher." This is also after lycanthrope stat bonus.

So I will have 2 stat arrays plus Dire Bat with different ability scores. Skill and a couple relevant rogue talent transfers to bat form? Also, according to the template, in hybrid form I would be large sized, because the base creature is large sized?

3.5 template. I have no problem with that interpretation. It matches what I mentioned above.
Yes the direbat will not change as you level, and yes it is Large in hybrid form. Alternatively, Grymp can use the medium version from the druid's animal companion. Growing in size doesn't grant strength & constitution like other changes in size do, that is already figured in the animal's stats.

So I just noticed that your comment included a link and it seems everyone is on the same page. The only thing I ask is if I can be a skinwalker adding the lycanthrope template(for the natural lycanthrope feel)? Basically, when in animal form my racial bonuses to perception would not stack with the animals. Everything else is straight across.

No idea about level adjustment stuff, though the template says +1.
I am fully ready and willing to play this werebat sniper, though I am not 100% on it's motivations (at the moment, just follows orders. maybe is a gift to the group for good work or something, dunno).

I would like to make a last attempt request for the psychic (or enchanter wizard) vampire. Though it would add another undead (number 3) to the group, which I know you preferred not to have too many of. And though it would add another caster to the group. I ask this because I am more enthusiastic about this char concept, not due to any power reason, but due to all the flavor it would hold (as well as, to me, seemingly iconic for a vamp). I will happily supply the descriptions of any new spells or class abilities in spoilers, plus psychics are spontaneous casters so I could only cast so many new things anywho. I broach this request again because you said,

Well, we can always try to find a priest to cast a raise dead. (or get a scroll and hope for the best for the CL check). It's just a monetary setback.

Remember, you can always deal non-lethal damage by taking -4 to attack roll.
But anyway, I can sure understand the hasty decision, cavaliers can deal pretty scary damage. We'll manage this somehow.
We can keep the corpse in good condition with Gentle Repose until we find a way to raise him. Only to kill him again.. :P

In addition, the subject's soul must be free and willing to return. If the subject's soul is not willing to return, the spell does not work
Cavaliers can be scary, but Malleck was right with his direction to the group, dismount them and they are largely defanged. The triple damage for charging along with +9 against the target of his challenge makes for monster damage. It's a good thing he didn't have Power Attack too!!
Fear not, the AP has another solution for finding a descendant of the Victor, Baron Vandermir has connections and can help out. DOH!!!

Malleck can almost single handedly cover melee. At least cover melee in a way that finishes off Xeric's fireballed victims, Taeral's held victims, and Mordecai's cursed ones. I am there enough to draw some of the blows from him, but so far I think it has been working as well as it had with Vosil's eidolon. Seriously I have no preferences. Unless the others think we need one over the other, I default to player's preference.

No preference here. I enjoy players playing what they want and parties that don't have a perfect fit. It causes the group to learn +/- of the group and how to deal with those negatives.

I have no idea what my worth is. But i have quite a lot. Fighting types tend to have a bit more on them... weapons and armor etc. Now add the anti paladin class needs :P

Only lately. We started out with the only treasure being a shivs & marked longsword. Then we spent a level in the Bishop's basement. And it has given really good items, but not particularly many of them (until the story started sending adventurer's after us at least :). A small portion went to members who are gone. We haven't sold anything in a couple of encounters, I will see what I can do to update the loot spreadsheet.

I did some updating on the party loot spreadsheet
created a tab for unclaimed gear
moved unclaimed gear to new tab
Added the most recent knight's gear to the list
added cost if sold.

Please confirm you do not want any of the gear from the most recent knight's encounter (mostly for Mallek's sake as it is mostly armor and lances). Then we will have a bit more gp to divy up (I need to subtract the boggard's spears still).
Please note there is a small set of numbers on the main tab that has some gp per individual. I marked most of them in red so they will be easier to find (starts at k35). I do not know when everyone last added or subtracted any purchase from their individual entry. To the best of my recollection it is accurate up to the middle of the horn chapter (when I personally finished my armor & falchion), but I do not know who (solomon? vosil?) created the system or when they left.

Yeah, the loot has been mostly martial gear so far. I think we spent some gold on setting up the Horn as well.
Perhaps we should sell the stuff we don't need, and spread the gold to even up difference in wealth between the characters.

When you first met Grumplejack, his stats were simply that of an ogre. He was CR2 and unremarkable, except for some physical differences, the horns.
After this transformation, he now has the half-fiend template, and at somewhere along the line, he gained a level of fighter and has added Power Attack and Weapon Focus (Greatsword) to his repertoire.

will faustus be able to change the belt Malleck is waring to a +4 but for str and dex later?
and also his headband be upgraded to a +4? may not deal a lot of damage to non good or non smitable characters, but my HP will be tank :) and when you guys hit lvl 10 (me lvl9) i will have a more dps capable partner
