What happens when our debt is paid off? WHat value will the Ludas take on items? Like the +1 armor. If I give that to the ludas is my debt gone? or do I get 500gp credit as if I sold it? Just trying to weigh my options. Thanks.

Armor and weapons are commonplace especially in a place like Olumsuz where gladiators die so often the prices to sell your items is at a very bad price. You bond for freedom should be at a price of 15000 gold. After you have cleared your debt, you may then start earning gold and accumulating it towards your freedom bond.

DM: if I rework Aramus drastically enough that he should get a new persona and everything, should I just create a new alias? If so, do you want to work it like Aramus leaves and the new guy comes in?

so is this money our discretionary spending? do we get the gold or is it kept in a spending account for us?
And is this 696gp aside from our 1000gp that is half-paid by the Ludus?
Also, GM, there is an item i would like to ask about. Back in the 3.5 Magic Items Compendium there was a belt called a healing belt. it was 750gp, and it got 3 charges per day. each charge could heal 1d8 hp, and if you used 2 charges at once you would get 3d8, and if you used all 3 charges per day you would get 5d8 healed. i was wondering if i could buy such an item to improve my survivability.
Also i would like to buy some nice clothes for Jobasha to wear when he is outside the Arena and a little chest to keep them in when he is inside the arena.
and (hopefully) finally, what poisons would i be able to purchase? i was thinking maybe get a blowgun and since i have poison use i would shoot a little poison dart sometimes.

The 696 gp is seperate and will be used to reduce your debt first. You may later buy items at my discretion and any item you buy say 1,000 gp, your debt grows by 500 gp.
You may buy anything you want sweets, visit prostitute, wear nice clothes etc and any poison or potion(Can only use outside arena and not allowed to use in the preparation pit before battle) etc..

I updated the campaign tab.
1. remove the need to perform or suffer -3 penalty. Now mood of crowd is set by creativity of intro.
2. added in the crowd mood and the reputation growth
3. Switch sever limb to standard action.

ah that sounds right. i was off by the # of d8s and forgot the +2 to heals but yeah. i figured an item like that would be the way to go to have a little bit of less obvious healing in a fight for those of us with the least HPs

Average healing from 3d8 is only 13.5 HP....seems like nothing since the average blow from a level 1 barbarian with power attack can do 2d6+9 or average of 16 HP. I think the belt was fine the way it originally was. You could buy 15 potions of cure light for that amount.
