Karthan at this point in the conversation says "I think I will more than likely want to find out more on the problem of all the orcs in fangwood than these bandits besides it is probably not that many of them. But we should split up the loot before then."
"Excellent, then we shall go to the Widow's Tankard and find this Ronigan. Then we'll divide up the loot and make plans for tomorrow." Jondar stands nods to the Mayor, "Mayor." and turns and walks out the door heading for the Window's tankard.
The mayor wife stays in the room with her husband. Southwatch seems to be having a normal day outside with commoners going about their normal business. The widow's tankard seems like it is normal for the moment but a little light busniess KArthan brings in lot fo treasure and the tavernkeeper seems to be a little busy washing some dishes right now. Inside a middle age Taldan man seems to by himself eating a fillet of trout but mostly keeping to his own busniess with several bandages on his right arm.
Karthan not seeing specifics discussed asks "Does anyone want the longspears? Or can anyone use the heavy flials or falchions? if not we should sell them."
Chardak looks disinterestedly at the pile of weapons. "Keep or sell it all. I don't care. Winning it was the important thing." He looks around the room and his eyes fall on the wounded Taldan. "He will tell us where to find our next battle."
The half-orc strides across the room. "You! Are you Ronigan?"
Sell what's not claimed and split the proceeds. If Jondar wants that breastplate, it's OK with me. Chardak got the bow. And it pays to keep the cleric healthy and happy. I'm not as worried about a completely equitable split, as I am about making sure stuff gets into the hands of those that can use it best.
Ronigan seems on his right hand to have several bandages and starts to pick at it a little bit. He has a piece of bread that he takes a bite of and then after not immediately getting an answer looks at Chardak and says"If you are an adventurer I was attacked by bandits while traveling here by the old williamson homestead that has since been abandoned. Some say that there is a ghoul haunting nearby that place but I found a small group of about 7 bandits and I took out two of them in a fight. I got injured and now need to rest and heal my wounds."
At this time Karthan says "I think I want a crossbow and 30 of the bolts and that is it."
the man replies "I do not travel while still wounded but since I know this area really well I do have an old map." Ronigan goes into a backpack by his side and then picks out a roll of paper that is finely detailed. Here you can have this.
Jondar makes his away to the bar as soon as he enters the inn and ask the barkeep to fill his flask, which he places on the bar. He thanks the the tavern keeper and pays her before joining the others to split the goods. He asks for the breastplate and three bolts to replace the ones he lost in combat. When no one disagrees he sits back, watching and listening to the conversation between Chardak and the traveler.
When he hears Chardak mention a man who can heal Jondar stands and walks over to them. With a nods he says, "My name is Jondar a faithful of Pharasma. I will certainly heal your injuries whether you join us or not. I only ask that you spread the word the Pharasma has blessed you with her healing gift." Jondar says with a broad smile. "And a drink would not hurt as well."
Ronigan replies "I am thinking about joining you but not quite convinced the mayor can use my knowledge of tasks in times like these. And of course if I do come I would like to leave tommorow. I am tinking the mayors time right now is more important and you might be able to take care of these bandits yourself."aid another anyone.
Ronigan thinks for another moment and says "I may be putting you in danger I should not do that my pride of being with the mayor may have gotten the better of me. So set off tommorow?"
"Good. We will find and beat these bandits. When we return the mayor will welcome you more than before. Tonight we feast."
Chardak drags the table where we were splitting the loot over to Ronigan's. Then he drags over two chairs. (He more or less just expects everyone to follow his lead.) Calling to the waitress, he orders whatever they have hot and a mug of buttermilk.
Linda now comes in and a serves a bowl of steaming hot stew to everyone to start out and then comes with some trout to the table. Linda also serves Jondar some Brandy.
moving things forwardRonigan begins to eat stew and it smells good and starts eating. Linda begins finishing an apple pie that was in an oven. During the wait to desert Ronigan asks "Have you ever heard of the dragon truce"
Karthan responds "I really always wondered what that was."
Ronigan tells the story "It is when an orc warlord inside of fangwood gains the favor of the green dragon Zedoran and begins raiding the countryside." The party leaves to sell the gear. The sun begins to set and the and Linda lights the fireplace. Now it is sunset time and the apple pie is served.
back from vacationThe day turns into the night and much feasting goes on. A few people move in and out later but mostly want to keep to their own groups and the day fades into night and Ronigan says "We should get rest for tommorow." And then the party gets rooms In the moring Linda asks for a tab from the celebration of 16 gold pieces 3 silver pieces for the room and all the food and drinks.

Nesteruk was anxious to get out of the tavern and investigate further problems. He spent some time in the corner of the tavern quietly preparing some vials for use in the day.
Jondar will use up all leftover spells to heal the party before he gets too drunk to do anything other than pass out.
The next morning Jondar wakes up thinking, I don't remember my bed being this hard....oh my head...... Slowly he opens his eyes to the morning light and finds himself lying on the floor of his room. Apparently he didn't make it to his bed but he did manage to shut the door behind him.
Slowly he stands and stumble over to the wash basin still feeling the affects of the brandy he drank last night. He pour water from the picture into the basin and washes his face. Glancing around the room he find his flask of brandy and takes a swig before kneeing to start his devotion to Pharasma.
Once finished with his prayers Jondar stands and heads downstairs to met the others and begin their hunt for bandits.
He nods to Chardak and Nesteruk when he see them in the taproom and crosses the room to join them. "Good morning my friends." he says as he sits at their table. He motions for the innkeeper and orders breakfast.
With a weak smile Jondar nods to Anna and says, "Pharasma, has decided to punish me for my overindulgence, but let it not be said that Jondar Millner unable to perform his duty because of drink. I'm ready to begin as soon as I get food in my belly."
