I'd say get Jondar operational first if you can. Then he can heal the party and you can chase the orc. Failing that stabilize Karthan. You'll probably want friends. If the orc was going to kill Chardak right away, he'd be dead already.

AZ, make your choice in character. You'll get no flak from me if Chardak dies. Sometimes you've got to make tough choices. Chardak could have tried to save Symas, but I felt that would have left more of the party too exposed.
AK, interesting archetype. I like fighters with skills. Though losing all that armor and shield proficiency for 2 skills per level seems kind of a steep price when compared to the "war-college trained" feat. (I can't remember the real name of the feat and always thought it was a little too good.)

Its the CMB and CMD bonuses that really excite me, fighting smart rather than the endless 'bruiser' builds of power attack etc.
GN, assuming someone makes it out and the game continues- could I re-roll a Lore Warden archetype Fighter? Link is a few posts above.
I think a lore warden will be fine and you will start with xp but please do it after the party divdies any loot and then calculate Nesteruks total gold and you have that much to spend.
Sure. Once I get 400 or 500 gp total wealth, 50 gp for insurance like a potion of CLW, seems cheap. Chardak doesn't seem like the kind to take out insurance though, so I may not do it in this game.
Just as a note of the rules. The party member need attention otherwise they would be recovering withuot help in the combat chapter of the core rulebook. Although that does have a small problem that makes little sense that you can recover and become concious again from lethal damage and disabled but not from nonlethal damage. I think you should get a check to become disabled from nonlethal damage after healing the one point of nonlethal damage. Still need a con check but no hit point loss.
We've got a whole night for Anna to play Florence Nightingale and night watchman, and ... everything really. Fortunately she can use Karthan's horse to drag Chardak and his gear out of the cave.
Maybe Symas' and ALex' new characters could show up to help?
this may seem silly but I think I will allow disabled characters to crawl at 5 feet every three rounds since they only can take a standard actioin and move at half speed anyway and crawling is normally a full round actoin so one third speed to move as a move action. I really think starting to die when crawling when disabled is something the rules do poorly. This does open up some interesting heroic opportunities of crawling back half alive under cover of darkness seems awesome.
no he is unconcious but stable. After an hour of recovering with help you can make a constituoin check with your negative hit points as a penalty to become disabled and wake up if recovering with help.
Anna looking over your character sheet it says skill focus knowledge plains but takes the bonus from skill focus in your modifier for the heal skill which one is correct?
I am unsure how far to move the timeline ahead or if the players want to do something other than rest and let wounds heal so some responses will be helpful.
