With all 4 dwarves attacking, Tegnar is able to get behind the orc for a flanking attack, but is unable to connect after ducking under the mighty swing of its greatsword.

Trying to keep his rage in check but partially failing, Yarask steps on his side in order to flank the orc with Tegnar's help:"Why aren't you dead already?!"

5 foot step and then attack, no rage for now (2 rounds have passed so I could have used it but I hoped to save some for later. Edit: by "the orc moves to keep everyone in front of him" I suppose you meant he took a 5 foot step, right? Anyway, my roll was bad. Having had enough of this dancing around, Dolgrym swears in dwarven, drops his longhammer and pulls out his hammers and steps up to the orc and attacks.

Ok, here's the problem: we know there's at least another orc out there (the arsonist "dancing with glee between the flames") so going out with 2 hps might not be the best of options BUT as a character Yarask is not the type to ask for healing even if he's been badly wounded so this is manly an issue of roleplay vs utility)
Even wounded Yarask starts helping search the building for anything useful in the dwarven quest to save Trunau

You have rescued an innkeeper who appears from the corner. The orcs had:
Masterwork thieves tools, masterwork backpack, greataxe and two greatswords, chain shirt masterwork, two studded leather armor
Besides drinks for life at his tavern, you are given:
Two potions remove sickness, two potions soothe syrup
Rebus, the innkeeper, staggers to the healing checkpoint and, along with anyone with new wounds, a balm heals you a bit (1hp). The healers cheer you as you return to the checkpoint with another of the town. Two militia clap you on the back, but seem to be staying to protect the healers.
You know the houses are still being plundered as well as an orc ranger stoking the flames.

After succesfully saving the innkeeper (and expressing his appreciation for the "drinks for life" boon the clan has scored for itself) Yarask moves towards Dolgrym:"I hate to bother you my friend, but it seems that orc managed to hit me pretty hard. I fear I need your help again with these wounds, I'm sorry!" finishes Yarask poiting at the worst of the wounds he suffered.

"Let's find that orc before it sets more of the town on fire. We need to focus our attacks to make sure we permanently put an orc down before moving on to the next. I'm tired of us getting hit by orcs that refuse to die," Tegnar adds as he double-checks his equipment before leaving the first aide station again.

The dwarves enter the smoke, and, although they cannot see the orc, they can hear the orc. Dolgrym points the way into the smoky fire.

As the dwarves approach, a snarling orc female steps out of the mists and whistles. A trio of fighting dogs follows here loyally into the choking flames. Here command of them masterfully demonstrated as she urges the curs to 'bite some dwarf a$$'
All the dogs are overcome by fumes and unable to attack.
The orc swings with her double axe at Dolgrym. The orc seems immune to smoke, having no problems breathing. She cuts deeply into Dolgrym after stepping next to him.
