Shrugging, he moves toward the secret door and standing ten feet away, tries to push it open with the butt of his spear.

GM Roll:
Stealth: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (19) + 17 = 36

Rogzul and the group seem to get quick tunnel vision as they find the secret passage and stick that doesn't seem to rot along with the rest that everyone fails to see a large thriving and hungry giant flytrap hidden amidst the tangled vines.

DC 24 Spellcraft on Stick:
This is a Sapling Rod

A towering plant begins to rise from the mass of vines and barbs. What the group realizes too late is that the mass of vines covering the entire floor is in fact all apart of this giant flytrap. Several stalks seem to be horribly mobile, each ending in a set of toothy, green jaws. With a sickening sound of roots pulling free from the ground the plant becomes mobile and slowly crawls towards Torgan.

In a single movement, Torgan is partially eaten by the plant, much to his chagrin. "MMPHMHFHPH! MPPMFMFHPFHFHFMPFH!" yells the blonde dwarf as his head remains lodged in the plant, but his right hand grips his hammer tighter.

Yes, you would. Sorry Rogzul.

As the huge flytrap slowly shifts around the corner Rogzul slashes at it with his blade. Though he slices a dead vine loose it seems to have no effect on the plant. Due to not hitting its AC, not because of the weapon.

Torgan flails about inside one of the creature's many mouths and smashes his hammer against the side of it's stalk, cracking it slightly.

Jorgan stabs Heartspit into the bottom of the flytrap's mouth. Torgan's eyes go wide as he sees the barbed spear penetrate next to his face causing him to scream even more.

Wren releases a set of force missiles that slam into the lively plant. With Torgan and the creature grappled together Kraygan leaps through the vines to a better position. No AoO as the creature is also grappled from not taking the -20 on Grab

Rogzul is able to get in another good shot with his blade. Clear ichor oozes from the plant's fresh wounds but it still seems to be standing strong.

Though Torgan puts a bit more strength into it, he is still unable to push the plants mouth open enough to get out.

The flytrap's vines are incredible thick and durable as Jorgan is only able to land a single blow. The huge plant wavers slightly as it looks near to falling over.

Attempting to teleport out of the plants mouth he succumbs to the acid and is unable to concentrate on a clear location.

Kraygan's waraxe chips away at the thick stalk but is otherwise ineffective.

The plant shudders as Rogzul's spear pierces it one final time, rendering it down its stalk. Each of the mouths falls to the ground one by one with a dull thud, releasing both Torgan and Wren as they roll out onto the soft vines beneath them. Their clothing half melted by the toxic acids within the mouth.

With the secret door to the north opened it reveals a narrow corridor that curves around the northern end of the chapel. It seems to be covered in dust that has apparently lain here undisturbed for centuries. Three large spherical stone with a rough-textured black surface sit on the floor at the far end of the passage. Each are approximately 2 feet in diameter and weigh around 750 lbs.

Placing the sapling rod in his free hand he explains it's purpose and then stands waiting by the secret door.

Sapling Rod:
This rod appears to be the limbless trunk and branching roots of a miniature tree. It grants its wielder a +5 competence bonus on Survival checks to get along in the wild and to keep from getting lost. Additionally the wielder and any allies within a 20-foot radius of the wielder gain the benefits of the ranger's woodland stride class feature.

If thrust into any natural ground or earth and allowed to stand for 1 hour, the rod grows and blooms into a large tree bearing edible fruit. A sapling rod produces 2d4 pieces of fruit. A creature that consumes an entire piece of fruit gains the benefits of either a cure moderate wounds or lesser restoration spell (recipient's choice). Consuming a piece of fruit from a sapling rod is a full-round action that provokes attacks of opportunity, and no single creature can benefit from more than two piece of fruit from a single blooming. A sapling rod can bloom once per week and after doing so reverts to its original state after all the fruit is picked, or after 24 hours, whichever comes first. Fruit harvested from the tree lasts for 24 hours before shriveling into useless husks.

Anyone other than Wren can assume Rog casts a healing hex on them (2d8+8/ can't benefit again for 24 hours) and used his wand (CLW) if needed, just tell me how many charges.
