Done with his speech the blonde halfling steps down from the table he'd been standing on, and sits quietly in his booth, waiting for anyone wandering the lodge to sign up. Every few minutes or so he repeats his speech, trying to attract as many new comers as he can so he can complete his task as soon as possible.

Alright, I am looking for at least 5, and no more the 6 players to join me on a quick run of The Confirmation scenario.
My goal is to have this finished before the Gameday, so please make sure you can commit to frequent posting before you sign up for this game. I will be reserving at least two seats for any new players (either new to PvP, or new to PFS), every other seat will be selected Tuesday evening, EST.
Preference will be given to anyone with a strong role play background or those that roleplay here in the recruitment thread with their fellow applicants.

What would you consider to be frequent posting? Are you looking for multiple posts per day? Or more along the lines of at least once per day? I just wanted to confirm before I commit to your game if I'm unable to post as often as you prefer! (This alias would be the PC I'd submit!)

I would prefer at least two posts a day, but the game could be finished at 1 post a day. If you can commit to at least 1 post everyday, including weekends, that is enough to be considered.

I can definitely commit to at least one post everyday. If selected, I will strive to keep up with the two posts per day preference. Also, to let you know in advance for your consideration, Abdi uses the variant negative energy channeling rules (specifically the Rulership variant channeling) so he will always deal half damage to all targets (no save); however, the targets will be allowed a Will save to avoid the rider effects of his VCNE which is a Dazed effect for 1 round. I'll make sure to have all the little details hammered out before Tuesday!

Brand new ratfolk investigator here! Can definitely do 2 posts per day. Haven't decided on this character's personality yet... but with this session hopefully I will.

I am not available until Thursday, but then should be good for fast posting as I am wrapping up a few games now and nothing else scheduled before game day. But if you have others and want to start sooner, I don't mind sitting out.

Just made this guy. First PFS character, hope I didn't do anything wrong.

I'm not really new to tabletop, but I am new to both PFS and PbP. I'd be happy to join in if you don't mind me kind of getting a feel for it my first go around. If not, it's all good. Two posts a day shouldn't be a problem, either.

I don't count as an authority at this table, and I didn't go into any more detail than the numbers and scanned the legality of the feats/traits, but it looks in line.

The halfling looks up as Irini adds her name to the sign-up sheet, the first to do so.

He frowns. "You're the only name on here so far. I don't suppose you have any friends? I have to sit here until I get enough signatures, but I have things to do, you know? Who wants to just sit here waiting all day!"

Fuzzfoot, that's fine. So far no lottery needed, if I do need to run a lottery I can delay until Thursday if you're selected.

A handsome Garundi man with oddly golden-hued hair steps over to sign his name to the roster. "This would be my very first mission for the Society. I am eager to make a name for myself and to help bring back the glory and wonder of Osirion." He openly, and proudly, displays a holy symbol of Ra, the ancient Osiriani God, around his neck. His hand writing is smooth and flowing. 'Abdi the Goldmane.

"My name is Abdi."

Still have to get my header set up but I think this character is good to go.

The young man enters the room dressed in leathers and with a quaterstaff at his side. At his side is a reptilian creature, standing about the size of a man with a gaping maw, an allosaurs. Looking around for space where he can rest along with his companion, the druid sits down and brings out a slab of meat for his dinosaur he looks around.

A tall, lean Taldan man clad in loose clothing and sandals strides across the room. He looks down at the halfling, a grin on his face. "Confirmed Field Agent, eh? Finally, a chance to really test myself in the field. Count me in." He signs his name on the form: Valon Soranus.

Valon takes a step back, turning to look around at those nearby. "So who else is joining this mission?"

We have plans to do so states the druid in response to the Taldan's query. Seeing that his companion is fed he walks up and signs his name in the book

GM, is this a CORE or a standard game? If it a CORE I would need to make another character

Had to look up the difference. But yeah, I think if this is Core I'd need to roll a different character as well.

I actually have this new gnome illusionst that could go.

A young gnome, hair red as can be and eyes which shimmer emerald dressed impeccably enters into the room and takes a look around. Howdy me boyos and me lasses he says. I am Lukian, Lukian the Spellbinder, wielder of mystical might. he says with a bow.

He walks up and adds his name to the roll.
Now, shall we have a pint or two? he asks the assembled group.

'Abdi, eh? Think I knew an Abdi once..." The halfling's eyes glaze over as he thinks about something else. As more agents sign up he snaps back to reality and looks them over.

"Valon, Amaron, thanks for signing up. Sheets almost full! I might get out of here by lunch time!" The young man points at Adbi and Irini. "Those two signed up as well, you might want to say hello. There's a good chance most of you will be working with each others. Always good to know your fellow travelers before the mission."

This is a Classic Game.

A small rodent-kin sniffs the Recruiter's hand and looks at him with doe eyes. She partially opens her mouth to speak, but it comes out mumbled and barely understandable. "Mfyoo gah room fur 'un more?"

She reeks of sulfur and alcohol... and not the drinking kind. She smells like she's sterilized most of her equipment, but a few of the gadgets she carries emit a rather pungent stench.

Ready to roll

Oh okay. I looked at the gameplay thread and thought I saw core.

The gnomes makes an exit.

Abdi nods to the halfling and approaches the other agents signing up for the mission. "Greetings to you all. I am known as Abdi the Goldmane. I look forward to working with each of you. I am a devout follower of Ra, the Osirion god of Creation and Leadership. I am being trained in summoning his faithful servants and punishing those that do not kneel before his righteous fury."

"Mfff..."

The ratfolk ducks her head, then spits out a small toolkit, a mug, a couple clockwork devices, and a few flasks of something that probably shouldn't be consumed. Her voice becomes much more clear, albeit much more squeaky.

"Hi! I'm Chou wei! I'm from Goka. I make stuff."

Valon turns to face the others. He glances up at Abdi's hair. "I can see why they call you the Goldmane. Ah, forgive me. Where are my manners?" He pauses a moment, then makes a bow. "It's a pleasure to meet you all. My name is Valon Soranus. I like to think of myself as something of an artist." He holds up a clenched fist for effect. "Only I use these instead of paint and brushes."

The man turns to look down at Chou wei and the pile of things she just spit out. "Goka? That's..." He stops to think a moment, then nods. "...really far away."

Satisfied with that, he goes on. "Here's to a good, productive relationship moving forward."

Alright, we have not had anyone new post in this thread since Sunday, so I'm just going to close this recruitment now.

All of you may Check into the Discussion and Gameplay threads, we will start on Thursday to accommodate GM Fuzzfoot.

And Valon, you are absolutely correct. I have been unable to find a good avatar picture to go with Abdi's profile. If you all are interested in what he looks like, here is the closest picture I could find to what I envision.

I am new to pathfinder and looking to get involved! I have a ranger beastmaster if this accaptable and if so do you have room for me to join?

We started about 2 weeks ago Alic so it is too late for someone to join, but when I run another game, I'll send you a message, in a mean time, keep an eye on the recruitment forums and the Flaxseed Pathfinder Lodge
