Raziq: The summoned eagle hits the skeleton good, causing it too to crumble.

Lets heal up before we meet whatever was responsible for these skeletons.

The eagle nuzzles Raziq for a bit as he scratches his head, then flies away again.

"Such a lovely creature. Curious to find him this deep inside a cave. I must find him again later to examine his habitat. Meanwhile, is anyone else in need of healing?"

I'm hit for 6. Do we dare risk one take-5 of the wand, or just use two charges? Again, this is a fresh character, don't really have the funds for my own healing yet. >_>

"We have two potions too, in the bag. And there is a body back in the cave. Could be our target, finished off by the skeletons, or someone else. The gillman sent us this way and it is the last place to look. I'll search the body before my spells are waisted."

With his rapier ready for an ambush, Araklifest closes in on the body, first making sure he is real dead and if that's the case, he searches the body.

Dead Suns:

The body is really dead. It has long evisceration wounds.
On the corpse you find a note, note that details plans to start an army
of undead made from the “fish people” who have been frequenting this cave.

Looks like this necromancer got killed by its own creatures.

There is not much more intact here, but you do find an amulet of natural armor +1 and a pearl of power (1st-level spell) on the corpse.

Luckily, Rico is not a fresh character; he has a healing wand, which I will use to heal the party.

"Well, that was an experience I would rather not live through again. Starving customers... It is an outrage I tell ya!"

He grabs his wand from further in the cave (which he dropped due to almost bleeding to death) and taps himself with it.
CLW Rico: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9

"Much better! I see that you too have some wounds, Raziq. Allow me to heal you. Free of charge, of course, we are an adventuring party after all."
CLW Raziq: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8

Rico then moves towards his backpack, straps it on, then walks to Janira's backpack, straps that on too, and says to the party:
"Well, that takes care of that. Should we report to our Gillman friend? Then he might be willing to tell us about this cave."

When the gilman reacts to their return and Rico's tapping, Araklifest starts: "In the direction you showed us, we found at the end a cave with four skeletons. After a hard fight we brought them down we searched the cave and found the body of a dead necromancer, probably slain by his own creations. According to a note he had on him, he wanted to start an army of undead gilmen. Fortunately for you and us, his own creations slew him before he could reach his target.
We have tried to put the souls of the dead gilmen to rest and sent them on with our prayers."

When he is through the barebones of his story, he realizes he forgot to give Gorrec the opportunity to shine, so he gives him a chance to elaborate on the epicc fight they had had.

Dead Suns:

Uori reacts to Rico tapping on the water. He gets up from his meditative position. He appears happy to see you.

Dead Suns:

Uori looks intently at Rico. "Cave sac-red to gillmen. Water here old water. Left behind when Aroden lift gillmen home from sea. Gillmen dont like home now above ground. Gillmen make new home. But old water still here. Old water connection to an-ces-tors. We come here to pray, ask an-ces-tors for wisdom. Old water helps with connec-tion."

The passage leading from the gillmen’s holy site varies from 3 to 6 feet wide and is coated with the omnipresent bioluminescent fungi. Though you
several points where the tunnel branches off in different directions, all of those paths either narrow beyond your abilitie traverse, lead back to this main trail, or are blocked by a cave-ins.
A lot of the cave-ins look deliberate, as if the Gillmen wanted to protec their site from incursion.

The persistent glow of the bluish fungi dimly lights the way deeper below the Kortos Mounts. After about 20 minutes of trekking, the tunnels broaden to reveal a shallow river that bisects an immense tunnel stretching to
the north and south. To the east a small passage exits the chamber at a steep incline.

Coming out of your tunnel, you spot three blue creatures. Their heads are nearly as big as their bodies. They have a giant centipede with them.
They dont carry any light, what probably kept them hidden from you untill you entered the cave.

Once they spot you, they star chattering in a weird language and they draw tiny daggers.

knowledge nature Raziq:

Descended from even smaller fey, the mites are among the most pitiful and craven dwellers of the dark. Hideously ugly, even goblins have been known to mock mites for their homely appearances, mockery most mites take to heart and nurture for weeks, months, or even years in their tiny homes, until their distress and anger finally overcome their natural cowardice and impel them forth on short-lived bouts of bloody vengeance.

Mites, once closer to the strange realm of the fey, have grown larger and stockier after countless generations spent on the Material Plane. Yet still, their stature places them at the bottom of the pile in the dangerous caverns in which they live. Their traditional enemies are dwarves and gnomes, particularly the svirfneblin of the deep underground caves. The one thing that gives them a significant edge over an enemy in a fight is their natural ability to empathize with normally mindless vermin—mites are particularly fond of spiders, centipedes, and cave fishers, and a mite colony usually has a few of these far more dangerous monsters on hand to defend the group.

Although they have lost the supernatural ability to tinker with magic items, luck, or mechanical objects possessed by their more sinister and dangerous gremlin kin, mites retain the ability to perform minor magical tricks with prestidigitation, and often use these tricks to annoy their enemies. When faced with dangerous foes, a mite uses its doom ability to hex a foe—a mite's eyes bulge hideously open when it uses this spell-like ability.

Being fey, the Mites have damage reduction to everything but cold iron.
