Probably some new popular filter came out that the companies are adopting. Heh, likely better off for the companies. I do wish they put out walk up machines with no filters. When sitting at a machine in an open space employees will still have open access but won't abuse time spent surfing.

The d20 map can be challenging at times. I still don't understand why they don't have a feature to center on your character.

I had played around a little with creating a spreadsheet in a graph paper configuration to use as a permanent map. It's not perfect, but should help a little. I haven't used Google Drive to share docs before so would need some help there. Then we could get a link at the top of the page maybe.

not too familiar on google drive but i've seen it done. I think you just have to set it to public or something, or give a link and people request access when they visit it by logging into google?

Wktknt, I had been reading through GM Haladir's Ravenloft adventure (one of my favorite modules of all time) and it took me until just now to realize you were Countessa. Hah!

Too bad that one is on indefinite leave; you guys had a great group going.

I am about to run a short (and modified) version of Act II in the 3.5 remake (Expedition to Castle Ravenloft) for my home group, and I will likely try my first PbP GM'ing to run Act III as well. Countessa is welcome to come along if that does happen. :)

I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to drop out. The reason being, is that with my fairly new job and thus having 2 jobs, I will not be able to keep up with this game, I could keep it if it lasted no more than 3 to six months, but I can see it going on for years, and so will my jobs.

Thanks, I wasn't sure how busy my new job would make me. First I was just seeing if it was seasonal or whatever, but after 4 months, I realize I'll probably be getting the same amount of hours weak after weak and my schedule will probably not vary all the much. Not to mention I'm still technically job searching even though I have 2 jobs, thus comparing wages. The one I've been at for four years and decided to cut more hours so I can get more hours at the other job, the other four months and it pays more, but still checking on other jobs to see if there is another job out there that pays $1.00 more than that job, checking anywhere withing a 30 mile distance of where I live. Or maybe I do have the best paying job within that field, within that distance, still never hurts to check. And between the 2 I have a 45-55 hour work week.

You also have to remember posting rate, 3-6 months is more like 9-12 months
