Character Creation:

Race: Any Paizo, but if you want to be a 3rd party race just link it to me, and I will consider it.
Class: No gunslingers, or synthesist summoners
Alignment: No evil.
Equipment: Full cash for 1st level.
Traits: Two, and one must be a campagin trait.
HP: first level max, after first roll HD, and take either HD+1 or what you rolled whichever is higher.

On the other WotR I was going Elf Archer Wizard going somehow to Eldritch Knight or Arcane Archer, so I might go with that, depending on the rest of the party. What do you intend to play with folks?


I plan to go for Champion of Irori starting with Cleric (Crusader) and immediately going into Monk and Paladin. So a dedicated melee smiter but not much of a caster.

Ixos is only going cleric for one level before hopping the boat to Monk and Paladin. If you want to play a dedicated cleric don't let me stop you.


I could go an orc barbarian and try to make him as unkillable as possible. Thoughts? I haven't played one before bt i hear orcs get some good stuff fo it. Maybe barbarian/ranger?

I hear good things about Invulnerable Ragers (also beast totems).


Yea. Aparently they can pounce. XD


do an armored hulk. A barbarian with a s##@ ton of armor, seems similar.

Two real options would be either that or invulnerable rager. One you get more armor the other you get a lot more DR.


any barbarian can pounce, with their rage powers....can also take one that lets you grapple people and use them as weapons. Or be a drunken rager....more powerful with more alcohol.


Sorry ive been busy today.. Wrath of the Righteous huh.. Ill see what i can come up with.. So far we have a cleric and a wizard.. Havent read up the campaign much but i assume we need goodie goodies.. So there's talk of a barbarian.. I think ill try my hand at a magus or a ranger..

I guess with playing a ranger in the other ill do a magus here if noone objects.. Prob go ex based and build a dancer as well.. Just to strong.. Prob go kensai as well..


Void would you allow variant Assimar Variant ABilities for giving up the SLA? Since our cleric is going off into a prc i might roll a healer type instead depending on what the others want to do.. Kinda feeling a magus though..

Cool.. Kensai or Hex Magus? The former ive played to 16th level and he was a beast, but i hear tales of the hex magus doing great as well.. Either one prob gona go bladebound..

A Garuda Blooded Dancing Magus it is.. Just gotta figure out Hex or Kensai.. I think Kensai works better flavor wise for a holy warrior..

Ok so a Garuda Blooded Bladebound Kensai Magus on the way.. Might be tom before i finish he up..

Feat:

Piranha Strike (Combat)

You make a combination of quick strikes, sacrificing accuracy for multiple, minor wounds that prove exceptionally deadly.
Prerequisites: Weapon Finesse, base attack bonus +1.

Benefit: When wielding a light weapon, you can choose to take a -1 penalty on all melee attack rolls and combat maneuver checks to gain a +2 bonus on all melee damage rolls. This bonus to damage is halved (-50%) if you are making an attack with an off-hand weapon or secondary natural weapon. When your base attack bonus reaches +4, and for every 4 points thereafter, the penalty increases by -1 and the bonus on damage rolls increases by +2. You must choose to use this feat before the attack roll, and its effects last until your next turn. The bonus damage does not apply to touch attacks or effects that do not deal hit point damage. This feat cannot be used in conjunction with the Power Attack feat.

to be used with a scimitar? I understand a scimitar isnt a light weapon, but it isnt finessable either and in the hands of a dancer it is.. No worries if not just trying to save some points in strength for power attack.. An it made sense to me..

I assume you took dual cursed for access to fortune and misfortune? Other than that id say your character looks fine..

An interesting note, The oracle's version of misfortune can cause allies to reroll as well, meaning you could force failed saves to be rerolled and hope for better :)

Which of ur curses is the major?


Also just curious but are we gonna be going mythic at some point in this ap? I know its set up for it is why i ask..


mythic is standard in the ap from my view. I believe you can adjust it to not have it, but it would entail a lot of conversions.

The wasted is the main curse, while the hunted will never upgrade.

Misfortune will be taken at 3rd level, since I'll be focusing more on the channel feature (including favored class bonus)


Cool.. Remember that just because ur life oracle doesn't mean u cant pick offensive spells.. Ive seen alot of healers just set back and wait for people to get injured to do anything.. I think this is a poor way to play a healer personally..

Man having haunted with none of the later spells is tough.. I suppose for a flavor issue it works but i wouldnt pick it as a minor otherwise.. Remember to add those spells to your list..


haunted is tough when your a battle oracle and get disarmed lol. Happened to me and i was all 0_0

Flawed characters are usually more fan than perfect ones, so I think I'll be alright.

I really don't see many benefits in the spells learned at later levels on the haunted curse (and to be honest not many on the Wasting either).

My charisma is high enough for me to pick offensive spells, but I'm not sure which one. If you have suggestions please just tell me ^_^

I do have a regular AC and HP, but unfortunately I cannot wield a Greatsword. I'll be on melee sometimes, but I plan on using the crossbow more.


For first level offensive spells i would suggest Command and Murderous Command, although being good you might be into the later..
