Since nobody said they were doing anything besides watching the man, I assume you're waiting for the next person.

The bartender's face goes flush, and his mouth opens as if he's about to say something, but decides against it. He gives the dwarf and Groosalugg a long hard look as the head out of the Oyster. More customers come and go, as everyone settles down a bit after Ironshanks' outburst and the bartender goes back to pouring drinks and fetching plates of food from the kitchen. About 15 min after you first noticed one of your possible targets, a second person, this time a women with a rapier at her hip and shield across her back, confidently enters the bar and sits right across from the other man.

Ironshanks looks at Groosalugg with a flustered look on his face "I was tryin' somethin' guess it taint workin' right." He slides his gauntlets off to reveal his gnarly fists. "I'm ready now though!" As he attempts to put the man in a headlock and drag him back into the bar.

"No one tosses a Dwarf! Especially outta bar!" He roars as he bursts back inside dragging along Groosalugg. "Yer gunna buy me a drink er two right buddy?" He says loudy down at the man who's head is pinned under his bicep.

On the sight of Ironshanks dragging Groosalugg back into the bar and demanding a drink, the bartender heads straight for the front door. "I warned ya, didn't I!? I'll let the guards deal with you hooligans now." He swings open the door and starts yelling for the nearest town guard, and within a minute, four of them are in the Oyster. The pair that had been sitting at the table, quietly slip out the door in the commotion.

"Alright now, break it up! I think you two need to come sleep it off in a cell for the night. Best make it easy and come nicely." Two of the guards stay by the front entrance, while the other two approach Ironshanks and Groosalugg.

Time to escape! Everyone give me some sort of roll for getting out of the oyster. Stealth, Acrobatics, Knowledge Local or Geography, or whatever else you can be creative with.

Seeing the guards heading in and the pair in armor slipping out, Ironshanks gets an odd look across his face.. almost like a smile. He releases Groosalug and turns to the barkeep and whispers "Best call off your dogs else I mention your little pearl caper... we square chief?"

Though the Pathfinders fail at trying to slip out the door quietly, Ironshanks piques the guards interest with the mention of the fake pearls, and Dareon convinces them to leave them alone for long enough that Groosalugg finds them a way out. Once outside the Oyster, they bide their time for a bit before making their way back to the sewers to wait for the alchemist.

The Pathfinders make their way back to the sewers to find the same four addicts in their drug induced dazes, but also a fifth person towards the back of the sewer, hunched over the workbench. He spins on his heels upon hearing you descend the ladder. "Wh-h-hoo are y-y-ou??? Wh-h-hat are you do-o-oing here?" You can see that his exposed skin is covered in open lesions and horrible scaly patches, which he picks at as he stammers out the words.

Loni starts to weave a spell while sending his baor at the Laszo, who swipes at it with a dagger but almost drops it. Groosalugg tosses a javelin that plops into the sewer, and Vinhinan is too stunned to react to what's going on. Ironshanks braves the sludge as he moves in as Soryan begins his own summon. Finally, Daereon zaps the alchemist with a blast of arcane energy. He responds by stepping back and hurling a bomb at Drootina that explodes in a shower of shrapnel.

I'm going to say it's a low obstacle, so counts as 2 squares for movement, but not high enough to provide any cover.
