A search of the warehouse yields little other than spoiling foodstuffs and ship's tackle. There are, however, three flasks of acids and a masterwork longsword in one crate; Jarsk finds a loose floorboard hiding several ornate silken signal flags.
The most important find, of course, is a woman stuffed in a crate: gagged, bound, blind-folded, and unconscious.
Ribli |
"This isn't normal, we should help the lady. Jarsk, could you help us take her out?" Ribli asks as he puts away his wand. Putting his hands on his hips, the druid tilts his head a bit to the side before whistling and cooing slightly, "Dri'na, where are you tricky one?"

Ribli |
Oops, missed the channel, haha. One charge it it then.
Nodding, Ribli walks up to the woman before speaking, "Yes, yes, we are Pathfinders, how are you miss......" Leaving the question in the air for a few moments, the gnome remembers that he was looking for his companion, and wanders off calling out for Dri'na.

GMTrex |
"Famished," she says honestly. "I'm in no condition to go with you, but I can tell you her ship is called the Lionfish. She installed herself among the crew of my ship in secret, and slaughtered the crew and captain just before we reached Kalsgard. Don't know why she left me alive."

Lets find this Lionfish. But if her tactic is to infiltrate the crew of the ship, I fear that our coming friend might be in danger. says worried Galant.
He turns to the woman and asks Do you know someone here, in Riddleport ? We can escort you to wherever you want.

"I haven't a clue!" Iatha says, looking worried. "Oh, um, I was originally coming her to study with the Cyphermages... perhaps you could take me to them?"
I'll take a Diplomacy (Gather Info) check to find the Lionfish.
Galant the Gray |
The Cyphermages ? That's a clue ! We've heard that this pirate target people coming to study the Cyphergate.

When people start correcting him with newer and more accurate information, Pentament listens attentively and makes sure their drinks stay full.
Jarsk |
"Are we forgetting the prisoners they might know a bit more about this Aleja pest." Jarsk looks round "Tell yer what. I'll escort this scholar to the cyphermages and you can ask yer new friends a question or two. Then we can meet at the brew house and plan our next move" It is fairly plain scholar and mages are not high in his list of esteemed occupations.
