Overall, what you do with the haunt won't have a bearing on the end of this adventure. So in interest of time, we can ignore more consequences, unless you take long enough for it to reset.

Yes, there is a staircase in the southeast corner of the pool room.

Raynor proposes the following:
First watch - Raynor/Barl
Second watch - Lucita/Glorne
Third watch - Xukong/Grag

-->Temporary ability damage returns at the rate of 1 point per night of rest (8 hours)

-->Therefore we will need to repeat the watch schedule again for a total of 16 hours and 2 point of ability damage.

After 16 hours have gone by, Lucita will be healed, and she can switch to long term care (Lucita or Grag can take 10 for this): 2 ability score points for a full 8 hours; so after 24 hours, Grag is ok naturally and Barl will only have 2 str dmg left; an additional 8 hours brings the entire party back at full i.e. 32 hours total.
Grag (3 str dmg)
Lucita (2 str dmg)
Raynor (2 str dmg)
Glorne
Barl (6 str dmg)

Well only arcane casters have a requirement for uninterrupted rest. So Xukong should not take the middle watch. I propose, Xukong and Raynor on first watch, followed by myself and Lucitta, then Barl and Glorne. This keeps someone with dark vision on every watch. 4 hour watches for 12 hours total.

Give me 15 minutes and I can restore some of strength. Filling two empty third level spells slots with lesser restoration, because that is what I have open. Lower level spells can go in higher level slots.

Grag takes a moment and begins a routine of meditative exercises, Grunting prayers to Gorum.

Fifteen minutes later Grag smiles and slaps Barl on back, returning strength: 1d4 ⇒ 2. Grag slaps him once more returning strength: 1d4 ⇒ 1.

This puts both myself and Barl at 3 damage. I can bring two lesser restores in the morning. If I use them on myself and Barl, no one will have more than 1 strength damage. 1 strength damage gives no penalty.

He then sets about making a makeshift alarm set up. He takes his hemp rope and makes a simple trip line. He lays the pot and items from his mess kit across the line so that they will fall and clang if an intruder is not careful.

I'm going to interrupt the rest. So watch list will be the most important item. Don't restore any points yet. You have more knowledge of them. They are skeleton warriors, a more powerful version of the standard skeleton.
