It means 'Ghost in the Machine', an allusion to Ghost in the Shell which is one of my favorite animes! So thanks Rosealita for helping me pick a better name! ^_^

I certainly hope we're all acquainted if we're working together in the same organization. XD Though, admittedly, some people are probably more acquainted than others...

Well the player's guide assumes you're all in the RHC at the start, so it's reasonable that we all know each other varying amounts. So far I like how things are working out in the bar.

From Sophia's point of view she has known Shem for a long time, Jasper only since she's started working at the RHC. She's acquainted with Isaac (hard to miss a half-giant at headquarters) and knows of Selene. Obviously if Rose just disembarked then it makes sense that Sophia hasn't seen her about. Since Sophia is at heart a sociable person, she's happy to try and drag more people over to the table (especially with social lubricant, a.k.a. wine). :p

As far as the game happening, it will I'm sure. RVT started a game for us a couple months back, and there was a long delay in it, but we're well underway now. We just had to be patient. I'm certain that it's the same with Silver Prince.

i like how things are going as well.

Rose is more along the lines of RHC reserves. she is in pseudo retirement.

so it actually makes sense that she is not really well known right now.

as the opening scenes progress I believe Rose will be asked to help you guys out, bringing her back to active status.

I may have to up her age a little to reflect this.

Nice RP going on, guys and gals! This campaign is going to be so awesome! :)

For Jasper, he knows the other due to his work at the RHC as a technician and being called out to help investigate crime scenes in the past. Looking over scenes for clues and evidence, testing for poisons, IDing potions, Knowledge about Arcane/Nature/Mechanical, for unlocking something, or another reason. Isaac is known through the academy for similar interests and classes, while Rose is even further back.

Rose has a story to share if someone can coax it out of her.

Jasper knows her story, perhaps he could be coaxed to talk.

Selene is quietly watching for now - I saw her mentioned a few times, but no point to really jump in seems to have presented itself. XD

I tried to get others to invite ya over at the same time Rose was invited to sit down. Sophia can always do it herself I suppose :p

Hey guys, sorry to pull this before we even get started, but my home game GM just started recruitment for Way of the Wicked and I've been wanting him to run it for like a year and a half now. Since we haven't *technically* started yet, I'm going to go ahead and bow out to focus on that. You're all great RPers and I'll be following this game as it progresses! Full steam ahead you brave constables!

well with the slow posting and our GM's indisposed for various reasons...

i would like to propose that I will offer to introduce a little scenario to liven things up and possibly encourage others to not leave.

It will involve a little of Rose's back story that I PM'd TSP and RVT about, so it is not public, however this scene could change all that.

but I await some confirmation from at least one of the GM's before proceeding. or at least a majority vote from the players

Sounds fine to me. ^^ TSP may be out of things for at least another week or two, so RVT's probably the one to talk to right now.

yeah but with RVT now just starting two tables of the razor coast, I don't know how much time she can devote to co-DMing for TSP.

I know its alot to DM a game. and I do not want her to short any of her own games. so I am just trying to liven this game before it fizzles before it begins.

I have been trying to get into one of TSP games for a long time and didn't want it to die.

In my experience, TSP and RVT's games are just... slow in general, for various reasons. XD; Casual chatting does help, though, and I'm all for that.

well its been awhile now even past the Sept 2nd date, and no updates. I guess i wasted another alias.

I would like to at least get occasional updates not necessarily an actual game post.

the new runelords game is defunct now, I checked that one and pretty much everyone bailed on that one.

I thought we could shop for a new GM but not likely anyone will pick up the reigns on this.

I'm sort of used to this with the two GMs involved... XD Patience is... much-needed. They'll be back eventually.

Nope, it's not dead yet! My Internet was knocked out during the storms that rolled through a few weeks ago and I was 27th in line. TSP has been recovering, but I shall endeavor to have a post up later!

Back! I will be looking through my massive backlog of posts that has been building since I left because of my health concerns. Just to give everyone perspective, my sugar is staying more stable and, since I don't have to eat as much, my insulin and blood pressure levels are regulating.

To be honest I am ratehr frustrated... I do not think I will be making alias'e for games anymore until I have confirmed game start.

and to be honest I really have my doubts this will start at all.

I am almost to the point of requesting a replacement GM, but I will give a little more time but I don't even remember what I wanted to do with this character anymore.
