I moved Arovandeon up near the central statue. I also moved a couple Loenor and Sure closer based on their descriptions. Is the Bird icon Sure's animal companion Ilivan? I moved that with Sure.

As the party inches closer, Sure moves up to heal the woman. Rolling over she smiles in relief at the sylph. "Thank Pharasma! When I placed the funerary gifts, one of them released a burst of necromantic energy and the dead started to rise!" Her shoulders slumoing, she continues. "I fought them off the best I could, but they overwhemled me. I could only fend off the few that came from the crypt. I could do nothing against the dead rising from the graves!"

Sure, but I'm not sure what your ready would be against. Fastenhyme tried to cast a spell on her and she got offended and called for help.
For the sake of honesty, Spellcraft DC 16: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
So she doesn't know what the spell was, but she is a priestess. So she know would at least know he's not the healing type.
I'm fine with a ready against "suspicious" behavior, you guys are already suspicious, so I guess everything looks suspicious to trigger fingered Pathfinders! ;)

Her fingers twitching, Rapunzel fires an arrow as the woman snarls supiciously! The arrow flies downward, but just misses the prone woman! The elven woman then moves up and fires another shot, but her im is worse this time, and the arrow lodges into the ground five feet away!

Out of the crypt, a menacing looking skeleton comes out waving a longsword and wearing the ring the party presented as a funerary gift!

Seeing the woman go down, Arovandeon changes position and lobs a bomb into the crypt entrance. The bomb traces a perfect arc in the air and smashes into the skeleton! The undead tries to avoid the incendiary, but can't quite make it, the door jambs blocking its movement. Suddenly the creature is aflame and falls to the ground a charred pile of bones.

Looking around, Nokazi notices nothing peculiar, save for the broken crypt door and disturbed graves.
Searching the woman, you find a potion of cure light wounds, potion of darkvision, scrolls of animate dead (2; CL 12th), +1 chainmail, dagger, bladed belt, cloak of resistance +1, silver unholy symbol of Pharasma, silver unholy symbol of Urgathoa, spell component pouch, symptom kit, onyx gems worth 500 gp, silver dust worth 50 gp.
Retrieving Aaqir al'Hakam, he has the woman bound, stablized, and locked up. Defeating the woman puts a stop to the zombie and allows Aaqir al’Hakam and his family to conclude Zarmina’s burial without further interruptions.
Investigations soon uncover that the woman was an imposter named Shirin and that she had murdered the real Umut and left the body out in the Qadiran desert. Everyone involved is more than happy to lay the blame for the recent troubles—including the assassin—on Shirin.
Metella Rauger and Temel Passad, and the two rival merchants continue to regard each other warily as they prepare to depart.
Aaqir is grateful for the party's help, debriefs you on what you were able to accomplish regarding the merchants, and thanks you
again for your contributions. He promises to write a report containing his account of the recent events to send to your venture-captains and the Grand Lodge so that the party might be recognized for your efforts.
