I believe I'm done leveling up. I'm very glad for Herolab, because Lwazi gets complicated with the whole switching-spirits thing changing large numbers of modifiers on his character sheet.

I've got him channeling Lion starting the next day--this is the bard-like spirit, which allows him to give other party members bonuses as long as he's nominally the 'leader'.

Now I remember what I was doing! I wanted to take Cunning for the Skill Ranks I'd get for Spellcraft, so as to begin crafting wands. But, to do that, I need Craft Wand, which I forgot wasn't the crafting feat I got. And I can't replace any of Luca's current feats or the FCB for it, because he really needs all of those to keep up. But warpriest only gets a few skill ranks per level, and none of those are in Spellcraft.

The long and short of it is I have a feat I never used. Whoops. Toughness sounds nice this time of year. Other ideas? I'm all finished up with lv 8 things.

Mostly done. I think I need to correct a couple of earlier errors. Also how are we doing HP for this game again, is it half max, or rolled, or what?

If you're looking for feat ideas Luca then you might consider improved unarmed strike as the feat tax needed to get a style feat later, or dodge as the prereq to wind stance, or a tengu racial feat like tengu wings or blood beak.

There's minor metamorphosis and animal affinity Rivet can use but only on himself, and only for 8 minutes at a time. I'm happy to wait for Luca's assistance but can't really prepare anything to help.

Edit: well, there's making magic items. If I could pluck a couple of feathers off the nearest tengu I might be able to make a campsite feather token, or perhaps I could make a campfire bead (no feathers required).

Frost gel ward, gain cold resist 5, once it blocks 20 damage it flakes away or lasts an hour before were off. takes a min. to apply.

Might be useful if the creature uses frost attacks, not as useful against a blizzard. would take 3 days to make 5 of them and would use a dose of the fang.

Gin prepares 5 heightened awareness extracts, replacing cure light wounds, enlarge person, two free first levels, and replacing Invisibility.

Don't think invisibility would be that good in this situation.

Yeah, I'm not sure that frost gel is worth waiting three days for. It'd probably either get wiped out by the storm or turn out to not help much against our target. Hopefully some resist energy's will be enough.

Yes. Yes there will be.

I actually have a battle system I intended to introduce with the beast.

This one isn't exactly feasible to climb, but each limb is targetable as a seperate target.

Welcome to primal fights, one of the main themes I intended for this game and we're finally getting to.

Massive creatures with insane amounts of health, that have to be utterly eviscerated before they die.

Each body part has it's own AC, and if it sustains enough damage, usually debilatatung effects.
