Gah, I read your damage as your attack roll. Saphren hits.

Saphren's falchion rips upwards, and blood sprays on the ground as he finally gets the best of the drow. The drow barely manages to remain standing.

Update will be late tonight, thanks.

Magnus' Will Save (bravery, steel soul, protection from fear): 1d20 + 3 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 3 + 7 = 18

Armed with a host magical protections and good old-fashioned dwarven resilience, Magnus manages to fight off the fear spell, and he stomps towards the demon, roaring as his weapon crashes down. The demon is struck once more, and it roars in pain.

Power Attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (14) + 9 = 23 Damage: 1d8 + 11 ⇒ (6) + 11 = 17

Reva's Will Save: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23

Calling out a prayer in celestial, Reva slashes down with her weapon as white flames encircle it.

Attack: 1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 7 + 2 = 29 Damage+Bane+Flames of the Faithful: 1d8 + 3 + 1d6 + 1d6 ⇒ (4) + 3 + (3) + (4) = 14

The shadow demon roars in pain, and turns to Reva, slashing and tearing at her. She is viciously wounded, but remains upright.

Attack: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (17) + 11 = 28 Damage: 1d8 + 1d6 ⇒ (8) + (4) = 12

Attack: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (10) + 11 = 21 Damage: 1d8 + 1d6 ⇒ (6) + (3) = 9

The drow fighting Saphren fights through the pain, trying to take out the half-orc.

I moved the drow adjacent to Saphren.

Saphren takes the hit from the crow and smiles as he says You have some control with that blade but you need to put some power behind it, more like this.

Trig completes her spell (Summon monster II) and a shimmering wild animal like a large, strangely proportioned dog appears, with hair like crystalline fibers.

I'm not quite sure of positioning. The demon doesn't seem to have moved from its previous position, but it isn't shown as adjacent to Reva, so something's not positioned right. Anyway, if there's anywhere this Celestial Hyena can go to flank with someone, that's where trig will summon it. Otherwise it will just attack.

smite and bite: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
I'm guessing that misses.

Trig casts Mage Armor on Reva, then moves away from the demon. These castings of Mage Armor should help against the Demon's incorporeal touch attacks.

Zoso seeks to finish the demon, riding a wave of adrenaline after loosing exceptional arrows.

Unfortunately no flank available for the hyena; Reva's position is corrected.

Saphren barely, barely misses killing the drow while Trig summons her hyena, which misses with its bite. Zoso fires two arrows, one of which manages to graze the demon. Magnus then brings up his hammer and slams it into the demon. The demon lets out a shriek as it is destroyed, exploding into mist.

Attack: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (19) + 11 = 30 Damage: 1d8 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14

Reva rushes southwards, the flames on her sword changing somewhat, but she misses the drow as well!

Shaking his head he started moving through the cave trying to figure out what the drow were doing.

Zoso, for easier book-keeping say that you keep every second arrow (so if you shoot one you can keep it). Unless you'd prefer to roll, in which case go nuts!

Reva pads over calmly, cleaning her blade as she looks over Magnus, shaking her head.

"The demon's power is to cause you to doubt yourself, to see failure when there is none. Do not let it win, even in death."

She then pulls out a wand and takes a bit to heal up Magnus and anyone else who is injured.

The demon carried no possessions. The drow had the following on their bodies:

Good to know GM! The rolls were fun and I'll keep the 7/10 this time, but if I roll again I'll spoiler it for threads sake.

After he's done recovering arrows in the two rooms, Zoso chuckes at the exploded shreads of his thundering arrow on the floor. "I get a stealthy vibe from you guys, but you gotta admit that was sweet. Though I'm a man of sound myself, I have learned that a palpable silence can be even more crushing.

He then winks at Saphren and notches an arrow, nodding onward down the cave as he is ready.

How is gold being handled with this party? Is someone a designated carrier or split on every drop?

.

Loot was pooled in a spreadsheet (linked up top) which would then be divided when appropriate with people claiming what they need through negotiation. A designated carrier is a good idea, particularly since there's a lot of gear. Not sure there is one. I'm strapped for time but will update the spreadsheet shortly.

Saphren creeps northwards very silently. A short distance down the passage it opens up into a barracks of sort. The first thing he notices is a very large gecko holding completely still. Two drow guards are in the room, as well as an older male who has a ball of flame rolling over in one hand. They are all watching the passageway very closely, but despite their vigilance Saphren goes undetected.

Trig, see above. He only moves there to attack. And he waits to attack until one of two things happen - The party is in position and ready, or the drow indicate through action or expression or word that they have seen or heard the party. Since Saphren can get sneak attack on a charge it matters less if they are aware of him than it might so while he would rather not, he can afford to wait until spotted.
