Chuffy throws himself out of the pie, earning himself 10 points! He is now in second place, behind Poog. He is now prone, shielding himself from any more of Poog's "cheating".

The big-headed goblin struggles and wriggles trying to free herself. As she struggles against the scalding pie, an invisible force sweeps through the filling and combatants with Poog at its epicenter. Reta grits her teeth and frustration as Poog again tries to kill his own people, but Reta does not fault him for this. Reta faults Poog for making Reta feel bad about herself and being disappointed after playing giggle-tickles. Reta also know if Poog become chief, she will have to see what is insides looks like under the sun, to what is different about him that he is able to summon such and unseen force.

As the burning pie filling hits her skin, Reta remembers in order for any of these dreams to happen, she has to first live, and so attempts to make good her escape from the scalding deliciousness of the murder-pie.

Chuffy slices through his future chief's bonds, "Hot pie filling must hurt Poogie, let Chuffy help out." And hopefully with any luck he'll be disqualified for cheating because of Chuffy's help... though that didn't seem to happen against the oversized mosquitos.

Total Points:
Chuffy: 10
Mogmurch: 8
Poog: 29

The winner is Poog!!!

As promised by Wise Mummy Sprattleharsh, Poog is given the Crunchy Crown! This non-magical hat gives a +2 Intimidate bonus on all Birdcruncher goblins while worn!

He, and his subchieftains are given access to the tribe's treasure chest, to loot or divvy out as Poog sees fit.

In the chest are the following items (all of which detect as magic):
4 olive potions with floaties
1 pink and purple swirly potion
1 ebony wand with a crystal stone
1 dogslicer
1 grey cloak
1 clear bead
1 necklace with a a bunch of spherical beads
1 flask containing a pale amber viscous liquid

There are also about 840gp in assorted coins, art objects, trophies, jars of pickles, shiny rocks, dented armor fragments, broken dogslicers, and bird parts in various stages of decay.

For the rest of the evening, the Birdcrunchers are in a celebratory mood—they have a new leader, after all! During this time, the chieftain and subchieftains are the focus of goblin pandemonium. Some of the subjects prostrate themselves before the new leaders, moistening their feet with kisses and runny noses, while others scream and sob and bring gifts of food and offers of goblin frolicking. Goblin after goblin comes forward to try to impress the new leaders—by juggling live stoats, by head-butting stumps, and particularly, by setting things on fire... themselves included.

Feel free to elaborate on the celebrations... after all, Poog is the Chief, the rest subchieftains, and because goblins are not all that fond of discussion their chiefs tend to have absolute power.

Chuffy has never been much for celebrating. His hideous appearance - Chuffy is really ugly even by goblin standards - has prevented any of the usual pleasantness associated with frivolity. Instead, the goblin hunches over in a corner somewhere. He'd been saving two particularly juicy pimples for just such an occasion. As the other goblins laugh and drink goblinbriar juice, Chuffy makes some juice of his own. As the stab of pain followed by joyous pressure release floods his senses, Chuffy lets out a little squeal of delight.

He doesn't even notice that he sprayed a passing goblin until his fist connects with his pustulant face. Chuffy no good at parties, but fighting... fighting Chuffy be good at.

"Mogmurch have first test as sub-chief." The little cleric says, chest puffed out and with a wicked grin on his face, which looks all that much more wicked with the birdcruncher crown on his head.

"Mogmurch show his loyalty to new Chief, and new Chief show how generous he can be. Mogmurch try to play tricksies on new chief..." Poog lets the threat hang in the air as he shows the array of magical items in front of him.

"Tell me what they are. Poogie no punish you if you not know. Poogie demonstrate wrath of chief if you lie..."

Ok - so thats all in character theatrics. Here is the Meta-game stuff... Since these characters have to actually resolve death, I don't want to party wipe because we don't know what something is... between the two of us we will hopefully hit all the items and we can spread them out in a way that makes sense. Poogie can show his generosity to win the loyalty of his sub-chiefs...

Poog knew he would be own chief one day. Now we just kill Pa Munchmeat, and start new legend of Birdcruncher tribe. Poog's birdcrunchers. Birdcrunchers burn "EVERYTHING!" He stands up as his thoughts spill out of his mouth at the last, a wild, evil look in his eyes. The throng of worshipers cower for a moment before being wrapped up in an even stronger frenzy, and the wild party begins anew.

Ok - so I was doing some digging. Can't take 20 on a spellcraft check to identify something using detect magic because you can only attempt it once per item per day. Also, I noticed Mogmurch doesn't have spellcraft on his skill list, unless I missed it because I am a terrible reader. So I am just identifying the non-potions (and flask), unless somehow mogmurch is unable to identify those, then I will attempt them myself.

Spellcraft, wand: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19

Spellcraft, dogslicer: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18

Spellcraft, grey cloak: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10

Spellcraft, clear bead: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22

Spellcraft, necklace: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8

The way I read the skill, anything I don't identify, I can try again tomorrow, which I will do

Not used to being propositioned, and he thinks it best not to refuse someone so powerful. "Okay," Chuffy shrugs. The goblin drops his trousers, revealing his tiny shriveled penis and distended scrotum for all to see. It is then that those who cannot look away from the gruesome scene realize that Chuffy's boils and pimples are not restricted to just his face.

Chuffy holds his arms out in a hugging gesture towards Wise Mummy as he shuffles forwards, pants still around his ankles and his goblinhood wiggling from side to side.

I hate Poog, stupid chief wannabe. I will make him go BOO....

'Mogmurch, Chief-Boom-Maker', oooh, I like that. Mogmurch should be Chief Boom Maker. Impress ladies. Play poke tickle again.

"Ummm great and wise chief Poog, you have great horde of special items. They do lots of special things. It is special you ask me what they do, 'cause they are special."

"Umm,4 olive potions with floaties make Poog better at giggle pokes,
1 pink and purple swirly potion um make Poog smell better, like rotting slug paste,
1 ebony wand with a crystal stone um, this Poog uses to clean ear wax,
1 dogslicer um, we use this to KILLS CHUFFY,
grey cloak um use this when go to bed at night and after giggle pokes, you have many strong goblin boys, and one dumb girl ..."

Wise Mummy interrupts him and tell the Great Poog what they really do.

Whew, I must get better at this

After (very briefly) pleasuring Wise Mummy*, Chuffy wanders around looking for his pants. The suddenly giddy goblin eventually finds them and makes his way over to Poog, who is guarding the spoils of competition.

* GM didn't object to this, so I'm going ahead like it actually happened.

"Erm, Great Chieftain Poogie! Chuffy humbly request for share of treasures," Chuffy is quite used to groveling, but (as usual) harbors murderous thoughts towards anyone he talks to,, Poogie not be chief long, Chuffy take over when Poogie least expects, "Since Mogmurch is throwing BOOMS and Poogie has wand and Rita & Reta be only wanting to be fighting close up, Chuffy think Chuffy should have necklace of firebooms. Since Poogie be burning Chuffy sometimes, Chuffy think fitting Chuffy has potion of smile-burn."

While begging for the other prizes, Chuffy does his best to quietly steal his true target, the long-ear long-shanks hidey cloak.

Dude! Totally misse that post! You didn't get higher than Chuffy's sleight of hand, though. Let's just say that Chuffy's brain was scrambled from his carnal encounter and was simply retrieving his cloak from where he had let it fall whine he was undressing. ;-)

Ha! I figured you probably did, especially when there was no reaction (aside from Silbeg's) to my Enlarge Poog joke...

The next morning rolls around... and Chuffy has snuck in to the game of giggly-poke that Poog and Wise Mummy were undertaking (not quite understanding she was talking only to Chief Poog, but she didn't seem to mind the extra attention).

The team eats their breakfast, and gets ready to head out. As they do, Wise Mummy Sprattleharsh has a few words of advice for the team. "Chief and sub-chiefs, remember that there are fire-breathing pigs that Pa Munchmeat raises. Also, he hit REALLY hard... can smush a gobbo with one swing of his club. He also casts spooky plant spells, and has a mean daughter. She has a pet weasel that is bigger than a horse. He might also be raising other monsters.
"Follow Wise Mummy's map, and kill Pa Munchmeat. The Birdcrunchers will celebrate your success! Make sure you don't come back until he is gone!]
She gives Poog a crude map showing the way.

Rita swallows the lump in her throat, coughing a few times as she hears about Pa Munchmeat's other dangerous companions. That seemed like more than before, as she recalls, and her over-sized head had an over-sized brain with a great memory. The goblin genius turns to Poog, "I take rear guard, great Chief. Don't want Pa Munchmeat and his cronies to sneak up and get us!"

"All good things for chief and sub chiefs to know. Poog bring back head of Pa Munchmeat. Maybe bring back fire breathing pig to serve as Chief's special mount."

Hahahaha at Rita's brave posturing. That made me laugh

"Good Rita. Just make sure you hit baddies with stick-to-ground goo so youse can walk behind them and cut their heads off."

With all of the magical gear acquired, along with all their regular gear, Poog makes a show of raising the flaming dogslicer into the air one more time, eliciting cheers from the crowd of goblins there to see them off.

With that, he leads his merry band of marauders in the direction indicated by the map, eager to spill munchmeat blood.
