Ugh sorry, got overworked and just sort of... crashed off the boards for like a week. I'll try not to do it again.

...So, what do people want to do? I'm fine with breaking and gathering info, etc./jumping to whatever parts of our town tasks the GM finds interesting.

  • Vincent is interested in checking out the various animal enclosures, securing shelter for the evening and visiting the foundry, in no particular order. If others are interested in those things, he'll go with them, but if not, he'll split off and wander a bit on his own.

    While he's out and about, he'll also be keeping an eye out for opportunities to learn more about the town, the surrounding area and the planet, as well as anything that might help determine what happened to our mythic abilities. When we settle down for the night I'll probably do some experimentation with mythic power to test what happened since so far all we have to go on is Phai's bad experience.

    Kind off...not much was said in terms of concrete plans. But I dare-say we check what the trader has to offer, get a bite to eat if our stomaches are better, check in with a place to sleep, and then see if anybody has an exclamation mark floating above their heads...uhm...I mean if we run into anybody looking like they need help from total strangers.

    Ah. Well, three people posted continuing a conversation, but not one of those posts actually involves doing anything. That's what I was asking about.


    Remember, I don't actually check the thread until I see enough posts to be from every player. o wo/ Buuuut I can definitely move you along.


    Good news, everybody! Legendary Games just sent out the next book of this AP to backers of their Kickstarter campaign, which includes myself. That means I now have Parts 3 and 4 (which was released earlier because of reasons) ready to go as soon as you reach them. ^^

    (If you haven't been keeping track, you're currently in the early middle section of Part 2 of 7, not counting the prologue)

    I still need to pick out my spells for tomorrow. I do so in the evening/early night.
    But very busy, these days. If it's permissable to do so a bit later, that would be great. We do have a general idea of the locale and creature - I'd make sure no new information impacts spell choices.

  • Just got my Spheres of Might playtest documents. Looks like it's shaping up to be a pretty cool system. Would be interesting to run a game in the future using only Spheres of Power and Spheres of Might.

    Note sure about only those...then again, the character idea I have that involves duel-wielding Tower Shields needs both a third party feat and Spheres of Might.

  • Why not only them? Between the two, it seems to cover just about anything you'd need in a party.

    You'd want to coordinate with the party to cover different roles of course, but it should work I would think.

    Not bad. If you ask Child for it ahead of time, I can also prep Enhanced Diplomacy to give you an extra +2 (I don't think it stacks with my shard)
