(Male Human Magus (Staffbound) 1)

"Indeed. We shall take the wounded one, as is our custom."

"Aye. That is the custom."

(Male Human Ranger Beast Master lvl 1)

My phone wont let me post anymore and I hardly have time to get to my computer at the moment. My posts are going to be REALLY scarce for the next two months. Things will be more regular once the new year begins. If I am too slow, I will understand if you drop me.

I raise my weapon. "Then let the hunt proceed." I keep close Roakrak

Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8

Manak listens to the others and nods along when they suggest following the wounded Great Stag, while unable to see it for himself and his lifts up one of his throwing spears ready to hurl it once they have closed in on it after seperating it from its fellows. He gives a a grunt to the others and gestures with the spear tip. "Time to seperate the prey from the flock methinks.

OK hard part so to speak is over since the decision making is now done as you all voted to go after the wounded one good choice ;) anyways on with the hunt, to explain the pace setting since you elected to go with 0,0 you will not per-say catch up to the elk quickly but you wont take any negatives to your con checks I will have you roll here soon until you decide to reset the pace.

The hunting party sets off after the wounded elk, it leads them doggedly out of the heavy timbered forest up into the hills outside their village where the terrain becomes rather rough.

I dont have access to actual Chase rules so I made up a rough hopefully fair system

Chase Modifier is now at 0

Everyone Roll Climb Checks DC 15

Climb to Beat DC 15 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12

climb 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22

Seeing the daunting slopes ahead, Aranik fears lest her strength fail her.

She beseeches the stellar forces to extend their attraction and pull her up the slope. Bits of gravel, moss and bark already break loose from the bonds of the earth and float up alongside her as she climbs.

Orison: Guidance to assist in her climbing 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7..ooof...only to fall back like a rock after all I think...lets see what happens...

(Male Human Magus (Staffbound) 1)

Climb: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

Climb 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (10) - 2 = 8

(Male Human Ranger Beast Master lvl 1)

Am I the only one who sees climb as a pathfinder essential skill?

Climb 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15

Once I reach the top I pull out my rope. Always essential. and lower it down to the others. This reduces the Climb DC to 5
"Here grab this, I'll pull you up."

Alright since Jushem was able to lower the rope and reduce the dc you just have to roll again and would make uit up however the chase pace is now at -1 meaning your are one increment behind your quarry least thats how im ruling it which is no big deal anyways Ill wait till everyone who didnt pass rols again

(Male Human Magus (Staffbound) 1)

Climb:1d20 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9

Climb 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (3) - 2 = 1

I'm a priest...

True 'dat. *poke* GM let's move

Narrati I cant proceed until everyone who has failed to get up the rocks has passed the now dc 5 check sorry

Climb 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (10) - 2 = 8

Finally...

still need aranik and mangur if however they dont post by the end of the day I will roll for them

Aranik climb 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 1 = 10

Manak climb 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9

Ok the last few hunters make it up the rope Jushem tossed down and the party sets off in pursuit of the injured elk.

Chase setting is now -1 as it took you some time to climb that rocky hill.

"Forward! We mustn't fail!"

The young priest trudges onward behind Jushem, trying not to show just how taxing that little climb actually was to him.

(Male Human Magus (Staffbound) 1)

"Indeed. Let us make haste to our goal."

Come on, come on we're losing ground. Think we should speed it up a bit?

(Male Human Ranger Beast Master lvl 1)

"I agree. The hunt is on and our prey shall not escape." I quicken the pace to try and make up lost ground.

(Male Human Magus (Staffbound) 1)

Is this game going to be picked back up, or not?
