Hadjii's AC is indeed only 17. However, Hadjii has <Windy Escape>, and would tend to use it against the 1st attack -- perhaps that would reduce damage by 10. Also, if the first attack was one of the crits, the crit would be negated by the Windy Escape...

with Atavism going, Sheeba would tend to be pretty ruthless against her prone target:

were the Lamia's swords magic? If not, the DR 10/magic from Windy Esacpe stopped the first hit entirely: would Hadjii still have to make the two Will saves in that case?

in any case, Windy Escape stopped 8 points by negating the first crit -- let me know if the first 9 points were negated (scimitar not magical), and if the 2 Will saves are still needed...

That's fine, in that case, Logos casts See Invisibility on round 2, since we have things invisible around potentially. He'd 5ft step if necessary to get out of lamia reach. That takes care of 2.

Logos moves forward, seeing Sheba taking care of the cultist, and checks the other door and the back area, looking in both. Move action, will take a standard when I know what I see Logos pulls another chakram as he moves.

As you move into the room you here some arcane cahnting coming from the hole in the ceiling.. It's a mix of buffing spells occuring..

seeing the rest of her "pack" go through to the upper area, the wild wolf runs up the wall and across the ceiling to get up next to Logos (in her current state, the wildman seems kind of like a kindred spirit...), and snap at that guy the elf just stabbed:
