SO there was a lot of back and forth about how to do initiative and how posting order will work, may i ask what was decided on for sure? i read through some and about a million ideas were thrown back and forth and i admit i have no idea really whats going on as far as that goes :P

Also, as a friendly reminder, if I remember correctly, you can spend a hero point to stabilize if you are on your last roll and fail it.

There's no hero point option for automatic stabilization. If you want to spend only one hero point, you can use the +8 to a roll option and roll it... or you can spend two for the "cheat death" option, though I'd recommend waiting until you're actually about to die before going that route.

You should really read the relevant rules for yourself before trying to use them. Having gone back and read Zat's post to you, he did not say that you can use a hero point to automatically stabilize... he said that if he remembered correctly (that's your first hint that you should verify the rule) you could use one to reroll your stabilize roll if you failed it. He's correct. Lastly, when you stabilize, your current hit points do not change.
I think what the GM is saying, when you post actions in the round it needs to have the round and your current HP on it. This shows that you are aware, and he does not have to look through pages of action to find it.

That was my mistake. I went back and looked at the rules, I believe my home group house ruled that in under the special GM approved option.
Fox, in the future I will try to double check my rules postings to you since you are learning and don't need any extra wrong information as part of the learning.
As noted by Mrachni, I will usually qualify something with "if I remember correctly," if I have not double checked the rule before posting.

Btw, how'd you get +9 to damage? +3 from Power Attack, but your strength modifier without rage is only +2... +4 when raging, so +7... I think I'm missing something.
