Charisma Rerolls: A PC can spend a Harrow Point to reroll a Charisma-based check. She must abide by the new result (although if she has additional Harrow Points remaining, she can use them to attempt additional rerolls).

Destiny Shall Not Be Denied: A PC can spend a Harrow Point as an immediate action to force the GM to reroll a d20 roll. She must abide by the new result (although if she has additional Harrow Points remaining, she can use them to force additional rerolls).

Psychic Wrath: A PC with levels in a class that grants bonus spells based on her Charisma score can spend a Harrow Point to increase the power of a spell from that class’s spell list as she casts it. She increases the spell’s DC by 2 and gains a +4 bonus on caster level checks to overcome spell resistance and a +2 bonus on attack rolls for that spell.

Roll Card: Gain a +2 bonus on all Charisma-based checks. In addition, he treats his caster level as if it were 1 higher when casting spells gained from a class that grants bonus spells based on his Charisma score.

This chamber hardly seems to be part of a palace, but looks more like a clearing at the heart of a vast jungle, teeming with life. The sky above is a deep, cloudless blue, while in the distance, hazy towers rise above the verdant canopy. Exotic bird calls fill the air, the scent of dozens of unfamiliar flowers and plants assault the nose, and everywhere a riot of color demands the eye, whether it’s the wing of a tropical bird, the petals of a brightly hued flower, or the glittering multicolored tiles that make up a round fountain to the north. But so far no one bites for the hint. And I have no magic or magic knowledge at all in character.

Let's throw rice at them. Maybe they're afraid to become mushroom risotto and flee.

But with an AC of 23 and a to hit of 16 there is a fair chance that there will be a serving of adventurer risotto.


I can start summoning more creatures, and also Shadow Traps to grab their feet and pin them down. Plus once the elementals deal with the spores, they can try to fling them into the water.

I'm so sorry everyone. I thought I had posted that I would be mostly away this weekend, and posting very sporadically until today. I must have missed you all.


It's ok. I had a busy weekend too. I wasn't able to post yesterday. I'll get one up tonight.


No word from Sebastian so I guess he doesn't have access to play in Cameroon. We can look for a new addition at the next opportunity to do so. It might be hard to in the middle of the dungeon though.

As for tactics: I suggest all retreating behind the point where red stood. Sebastian has the highest AC. He should stand one north of red and block the way. Only one fungi can stand before him and with a total defense action he cold raise his AC to 30 (+6 due to 3 ranks Acrobatics).


Oh, you need a place for doggy to show up? Hmm, I can figure out something.

The tactic would have worked best if we all would have made a withdraw action.

Have any of you guys seen the movie Cube? The vivified labyrinth you are getting to reminds me a lot of that.

Do you think we should start recruiting another player now (or shortly)? We could introduce someone new as trapped within the labyrinth possibly.

I don't mind playing Sebastian a little longer, but I'd prefer a real-life player over me DMPCing.

It's funny. I imagined we find a dangerous animal where it's not clear if we fight or not. With Tyrandro ending up with a mean looking companion that adds to his mean attitude.

Now he's got Fluffy who is going to embarrass him every now and then by being cute instead of mean looking :D


No doubt every adventurer still has their original parchment sheets, candles,torches,mess kit and everything else bought at 1st level but never got around to using.

The site seems to be back up now. I'm noticing a bit of a pattern. The site goes down sometime late Saturday or early Sunday and then comes back up about 10:30 or 11:00 PT on Monday. I'm guessing that something happens to bring it down over the weekend, and it takes the staff a couple of hours on Monday to fix it or restart it.

There's a post that said they know what the issue is, and are working to fix it. I hope it's soon. I had to play WOW last night instead of fighting giant cobras.

I corrected the positions of Tyrandro and Fluffy on the map to what I meant as I posted it. 'To the right of Sebastian' depends on the view and if you look from where Tyrandro came from you placed it right. But I meant map wise and Fluffy flanking with me, not Sebastian.


I could try Shadowtrapping, if I can penetrate it's SR that is

We may very well need an exit plan.
