Todd drinks the Potion of Invisibility and moves into a position he didn't think was likely for the Aspis to go. He looked from the Scout and Cleric to the Merc and Monk, and decided it would be better to see how his comrades and his enemies further reacted before getting into the thick of things.

Rykaar, not able to reach the ranged dudes due to the caltrops, instead double moves to help with the heavies...

Cerryl's bolt strikes the cleric, giving him a little damage. Grey's javelin throw is just enough to get through the merc's flat-footed AC, striking him hard in the side, seriously hurting him, but not enough to bring him down...

The merc and monk move up to engage Lovissa...while the two ranged guys move and fire at Rykaar (as they do not see Todd)...

Longsword: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17

Unarmed (Fist): 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8

Lovissa avoids the monk's fist but is struck by the merc's blade...and while the cleric's crossbow bolt thunks into one of the crates, the elf scout's shot barely avoids the cover and strikes heavily into Rykaar's thigh...

Otha, my surprise round action was to drink the potion, and my first turn was then turned into a double move.

Todd wasn't sure how well this was going to go, but upon hearing Cerryl asking someone to get the archer, the Grippli moved into position. Taking his full movement, he climbs atop the crate next to the archer and sticks him with the rapier.

Perception to see if the archer has any other weapons: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10

Attack vs Flat Footed: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8
Gunna go ahead and use my character folio reroll on that, +2 from GM Stars.
Attack vs Flat Footed: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19
Sneak Attack + trait damage: 1d4 + 1 + 1d6 ⇒ (2) + 1 + (5) = 8

Todd's invisibility ends as he attacks the man. He looks the archer in the eye. "H-hi."

Lovissa shrugs off the damage, and makes a legendary slash with her sword, cutting down through the monk's left collarbone, collapsing his ribcage and cutting into his heart...he goes down without a sound...

Cerryl concentrates his force missile on the merc previously damaged by Grey's javelin, striking him full in the chest, staggering the man, as he looks panicked now, looking back to the door, seemingly for an exit...

Todd meanwhile, appears as if from nowhere, shocking the elf archer by driving his rapier deep into his left side...

Rykaar, seeing the merc struggling to stay afoot and sensing Grey might finish him off, breaks off and goes to Todd's aid as the thief faces two foes. The Half-Orc moves quickly towards the cleric and takes a mighty swing with his oversized axe...

Greataxe: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19

Damage: 1d10 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11

...cutting deeply, halfway into the cleric's side, dropping him immediately...

Grey steps up and raking his claws across the merc's midsection as Aspis agent was looking to run, the Witchwolf has the satisfaction of seeing his claws come up red and watch the merc crumple to the warehouse floor...

The Elven archer, seeing his companions all fall, decides discretion is the better part of valor and turns to flee, making an acrobatic maneuver in an attempt to avoid Todd's rapier...

Acrobatics: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13

...as he attempts to flee out the way he came...

Todd, you get an AoO, if you wish (he'll escape if let go or missed, but that has no bearing on the rest of the scenario)...

With the defeat of the Aspis agents, the warehouse is safe, and Delroya is able to enact the final stages of her plan.

Delroya bribed the town guards to stay away from the warehouse days ago, so the operation goes smoothly once you defeat the invading agents, even if their battle caused a disturbance. Delroya and her contacts arrive to move the goods from the warehouse about thirty minutes after the Aspis were dispatched and she sends some items to the Pathfinder Society in thanks for their assistance. In addition, you find out later that Delroya Magali decided to join the ranks of the Pathfinders, in which your actions played a great part.

Ambrus Valsin personally thanks you for your successful mission, stating that they dealt a major blow to the Aspis Consortium’s operations on the Isle of Kortos, and prevented a great deal of suffering from spreading across the Inner Sea region. Since you did not use Lord Avid’s writ, you hear word that he speaks highly of your discretion among the nobility of the Isle of Kortos.

THE END

Primary Goal: The PCs complete their mission if they are able to thwart the Aspis Consortium by protecting the warehouse from invasion until Delroya can move the shipment to a secure location. Doing so earns each PC 1 Prestige Point. SUCCESS!

Secondary Goal: If the PCs succeed at their primary success condition, achieve at least a standard success on one of the missions, and complete three of the following five objectives, they succeed at their secondary success condition and Delroya decides to join the Pathfinder Society. Doing so earns each PC 1 Prestige Point. SUCCESS!

The possible objectives are as follows:
• They must achieve impressive success in the first task they choose to undertake for Delroya. NO
• They must achieve impressive success in the second task they choose to undertake for Delroya. YES!
• They must handle the Kortos Consortium agents in encounter D2 without resorting to violence. YES!
• They must handle both waves of agents in area D without causing extensive damage to any Kortos Consortium property, including the warehouse and goods within. YES!
• They must, over the course of the adventure, behave in a cooperative manner.YES!

Turning to her companions, Lovissa remarks, "You have ALL done well this day! I am proud to have fought alongside you these past few weeks,"

After the mission with Delroya is concluded, Lovissa claps Todd on the back and speaks to her compatriots. "Come, my friends! Let us celebrate our success! The Pigs Paunch waits with chilled drinks to quench of thirst, food to fill our bellies, and crowds to hear the newest chapter of our tale! First rounds on me!"
