Budgets assuming a clean lvl 4 slate with no equipment:
Dura: 7500+ ring protection(cost2kgp) =6000+1000+500 + ring protection
Leeoli,Rufus,Gur: 9267=6000+1000+500+1767
Comes out pretty equitable, especially since it would have been 250 lower for everyone had we sold the ring.
P.S. Also I calculated the loot wrong last night, but that is moot.
So I should subtract 3,100 (my starting wealth) from 9,267 to reach current wealth of 6,167?

I am not sure if it wise, but Leeoli decided to not wear armor, and just bought a wand of mage armor. He is all dex, and when he gets buffed up, he exceeds the dex to ac allowed by a mithril chain shirt.

I typically use them only to set the course of the discussion, but if you ask something you think is a sore subject or try to influence him, then yes please. If its just normal discussion, then we'll piggyback on Dura's good opening

I never liked that intimidation depended just on charisma. In my life, what is intimidating is having a some huge hulking mass act like they would like to use extreme violence against your body.

As to intimidate, I think the skill is supposed to represent psychological not physical intimidation. I think gms just have to muddle through if I walk in and break a chair with my bare hands.
