The imp disappear in a noxious cloud, after Therric strikes it with all the might of the soldiers of the heavens.
if relentless sin could have an odor, it would be that kind of cloud.
But at least Old Scratch is no more.

Cameron frowns down at the corpse of the imp, "Well I suppose he had it coming, although there's no going back now, Saul will have an aneurysm... Anyway since we're here it would be rude not to have a look see."

Therric's dagger hovers over the body of the now visible imp, before drifting lazily back over to the paladin.
Judging by its performance, I'm sorry but I think it's broken... Natalya glances up at it, still dripping ichor.
Ah sorry...
It spins in mid air, spattering the remnants of the ichor coating the blade up the wall, before wavering over the sheath in the paladin's belt, then gently sliding home to the hilt.
Natalya makes an oddly satisfied sound.
Makes a change for it to be that way around eh? she tips Therric a wink before moving over to Cameron.
So, my question is why was he out in the first place, specifically, in here?
She glances around, hoping to help Cameron with whatever he's searching for.

However she doesn't seem to see anything he hasn't already.

Trying not to breathe through his nose as he does it, Cameron prods the niche with his longspear hoping to dislodge what's up there.

He then goes to check the secret door. Once everyone is ready, he renews his light spell and opens the door.

Therric briefly chuckles as Natalya sheathes his dagger where it's supposed to go, and he retrieves the rest of his weapons.
"Ladies?" He opens the barred door. "The imp's dead now."

Rolling her eyes in annoyance Nessa released Alayna and said, "Because you got your whip out and attacked us when the Scratch told you to." With that she began to look around the room, if they were getting fired she might as well explore while she had the chance.

Zahel grabbed one of his magical bolts, doubting its effectiveness. When Therric smashed the imp to a pulp, he realised that he was probably right.
As they proceeded into the next room, the half-elf loaded his crossbow and kept it ready.

Natalya spots the item as it falls, but instinctively reaches out with her hands and in the heat of the moment forgets to extend her telekinetic powers. She can only stand in confusion as the item continues tumbling, she hopes someone else will have the quickness to catch it...

Cameron didn't get a good look at what Therric had caught but to appeared fragile, so he suggested, "Say Therric, why don't give you a boost, and you can take a look see?"
Strength check: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17
Wow, he's pretty heavy, banded armor and all. Still I think I'm good.

Just a moment gents, much as I wouldn't mind a timely display of muscular prowess, save yourselves some trouble...
Natalya reaches out with her mind and pulls the remaining objects from hiding, they float down in to Therric and Cameron's hands.

It takes some time, and its quite amazing to see...but you see objects floating in the air, from the niche to the ground, near Natalya.
A small leather purse with 50 GP, three black gems, two black and a bigger green one, a vial of white liquid, two scrolls, and finally a small ring.
The imp might have been even richer than Saul himself, but how he acquired all this remains a mistery.
You'll need Appraise rolls for the gems and ring (DC 20), and Spellcraft (DC 17 for the potion, 22 for the scrolls

Cameron lets out a low whistle, "Well that's quite a trick!" Turning to Nessa he asks, "Do you have any idea what this stuff is?"
Later
When everyone was ready, Cameron prayed once again to Desna for light to guide them. His spear's radiance which had been waining slightly, sparkled anew. He then lead them all to the secret door and tried to open it.

It's all just sleight of hand really she winks
She retrieves her own coins from the floor and sends them dancing over her knuckles again. Glancing up she sees Therric flexing
She's not back in the room yet to impress, and if I was you I'd save my strength for later! she laughs.
Returning her focus to the tasks at hand, she moves over to stand next to Cameron, ready to see what's beyond the next door.

Noting that Zahel seemed to be having some trouble with the door, Cameron noted, "Sometimes you have to go again, double or nothing." Somehow this Desnan phrase made Zahel feel better, more confident as he tried again.
Cameron casts Guidance on Zahel. I assume you can simply try again?

With their decision to press on made Nessa made sure to keep an eye out behind them as she was the only one, to her knowledge at least, who could see in the dark, and she didn't feel like getting stabbed in the back. She also made sure to maintain her distance from Alayna who was obviously mad at her, having not commented on Nessa's earlier explanation, it was best to let the piratess cool off before trying to talk to her again.
