Thanks for understanding. I got nine wonderful years with Ruby - she never wanted for anything, always got my bacon rind, and was always ready to waddle up to me with her big bugged-out eyes and her awful tendency to lick the nose first. She had a good life.

Sorry for disappearing again!

Just when I think things are settling down, life throws another curveball at me.

Anyway, barring more high weirdness, I think I'm back for a while.

One thing: I'm traveling again over Christmas for almost two weeks, so my posting might get erratic again starting a few days before the holiday. My wife and I decided we need a change of scenery for Christmas this year, so we're going to the UK for a week.

I apologize again for disappearing. And now we resume our adventure!

DM Crispy (player of Halvor) disappeared from the Paizo boards without word or warning on 15-Oct, and no one has heard from him since. I sincerely hope he's OK.

I ran a closed, private recruitment with a handful of players I thought would be a good fit for the group back in early November, and ultimately selected Misroi as a player to replace DM Crispy/Halvor.

Here's a link back to the start of that discussion.

I think this happened while you were still going through that rough patch you mentioned. Understandably, your mind may have been on more important things than some dumb game that you play over the Internet with a bunch of strangers.

In other news, next week I'm going to be stepping away from the boards for most of, if not all of it as I will be moving next week. So after this weekend, well I'm sure you know what to do lol.
