Theodric sighs in slight relief as the largest gash across his jugular begins to close. Albeit still affected by more than half a dozen large cuts, he smiles at Inkita sincerely.

Inkita opens the door and heals Theodric from the worst of his wounds, while the undead claws and bites at him. It is not able to add to his bleeding.

Ezren: are you out of spells? technically Krunch is not in the room yet when it's your go... something that would hit all 3 bad guys would be much appreciated!

only aoe spell left is shout... but if I cast it I will hit party members, including you... actually, just re-checked the map - the red lady isn't a party member is she? I'm a little confused... sorry, just got home from long con weekend and I'm trying to get back in the groove so to speak. GMG, can I change my action knowing that?

Ezren shouts and captures both the women, the living and the undead in the blast. Both manage to cover their ears. Krunch moves forward and punches the undead, who does not even flinch. The living woman tries to strike the tiefling as he moves past, but Crabby saves the day, interposing a tiny claw into the path of the greatsword, thereby deflecting it just to the side!

At the sight of his fellow Pathfinders bursting through the front door and upon feeling the outward flow from his artery abate at hands of Inkita, Theodric smiles. His grins widens considerably when Ezren steps in boldly close to him and blast the entire chamber with the power of his magically enhanced voice. Finally, as he sees Krunch tumble past the bomb-toting lady to throw some punches at the vampire, Theodric regains some of his composure, "Friends, I've never been so happy to see you all gathered in one place!"

Theodric hits the undead, once with his falcata and once with his shield. Despite his attempts to push her into Krunch she is not that easily tripped. The shield fails to do damage, despite the fact that Theodric scored a solid hit DR vs slashing and magic

Seeing that this fight isn't going to end soon, Ezren casts haste on the party.

Ouch, that hurt indeed. Krunch will split the damage with Mr Pinchy via their innate shield other.

Does Ezren have a weapon with which to provide a flank? If not Krunch will step over to flank with Inkita.

The man is shocked at the speed with which Theodric moves and is not able to swing his scythe. He grabs his unholy symbol and foul dark energy saps the strenght of the pathfinders. After that he steps away from Theodric.

The woman steps away from Krunch and throws a bomb at him. Her aim is off and it lands just behind the tiefling! Luckily it does only minor damage. Krunch and Mr Crab even manage to avoid the damage completely!

Theodric frowns in anger at the sight of the unholy symbol dumping dark energy into the room.

The man smiles at Theodric and pulls back his sleeve. There, on the lower arm, the stalwart warrior sees a tattoo...

Dark wisps seem to be streaming out of the tattoo, enveloping the pathfinders. Ezren's arcane training helps him resist the dark miasma, but Theodric, Krunch and Mr Crabby did not receive that training. The woman slashes twice at Krunch and also misses twice!

Inkita heals the pathfinders while Theodric goes to town on the priest! After his first slash the priest is bleeding from several major wounds, but still standing. Theodric moves his falcata back and in a wide arc brings it forward, decapitating the man!

I have no problem switching to nonlethal on those crits; I believe it would still connect even with the -4 penalty yes? For the record my character has tried twice to call out Ophyro in an attempt to first find out who he was so as to spare him. With -4 penalty for nonlethal, we'd have:
AC 41, AC 27, AC 36
CONFIRM CRIT1: AC 35
CONFIRM CRIT2: AC 34

See above for nonlethal attack rolls - if Theodric had *ANY* indication this was Ophyro he would have spared his life; otherwise the priest is at -16hp I think, unless it had DR or somekind of temporary hit point or item that lets him self heal as he goes down. Also the nature of PbP makes it hard for a villain to beg for his life (talking is a free action that can be done anytime...)
