Dylan, to use intimidate and expecting a mechanical benefit out of it requires an intimidate as a standard action. Nothing stops you from talking and saying potentially intimidating things, but just know that since you attacked, you can't use the intimidate skill to bestow the mechanical "shaken" condition on the enemy.

Ralof, don't forget to add the initial Ranged attack modifier of +7 before adding the extra bonuses of bless, pbs, ect...

Vreeg Recoils as the arrow hits him.. Again, seeing Ralof as the biggest threat to him currently, he targets the Elf..

Vreeg begins to cast a spell (DC18 to identify), the ghostly hand then shoots towards Ralof, attempting to reach out and deliver the spell

As the hand touches you, you feel your life force begin to drain, as Vreeg steals some of your life for himself...

The rest of you notice the hand reach towards Ralof and with single touch the crazy but lovable elf collapses to the ground.

Zeke wipes the Golem splatter from his face, and with another disdainful scowl towards Ammy he crawls over the golem, while shouting in Orc (Orcan? Orcish?),

Angry Orc Rant:
"You goram ignorant green-brain half-breed son of a Kobald oaf! I'm never going to get this smell out of my beard! ...And how are we going to distinguish the fraking Shaonti parts in this mess! ... I'll be laughing at your ugly hide while you sort through it I will."

A panicked look on his face emerges as he realizes that Dylan is casting Enlarge Person. He tries to put a stop to it. He begins to cast another spell (DC16)

Three missiles darts forth from his fingertips, striking Dylan with uncanny accuracy. Because Dylan took damage during casting he needs to make a concentration check DC = 10 +DMG +SpellLvl. (DC24)

Ammy finishes tying his knot, only to realize it didn't work. (move action availible)

Vreeg is in a "sticky situation", pardon the pun, and trys to buy himself some time with a skeletal distraction while retrieving a wand of who knows what...

The newly formed skeleton claws at Dylan to no avail.

Because this might become even more important now that silence has been cast.. I did a quick mock-up of the room in both a side-view, and again in top down.

On the first drawing, the sideview shows our current positions, and adds the 20' Radius that is present in both of Dylan's Light spell and Silence Spell..

The second drawing re-represents that data to include how much that radius actually covers when reaching the ceiling.

The same can be represented for the Derro's Darkness effect, but I left that over to the side for now to avoid confusion.

As you can see, there are places currently for the Derro to move to that are not effected by silence/light. He may try to take advantage of them.

Vreeg doesn't recognize the spell as it's being cast..

Realizing something is up, he attempts to deduce what just happened.

Kn:Arcana: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22
He thinks he was hit with either a deafness spell or silence.

Either way, he begins to retreat while scraping his wand against the top of the ceiling. He gets 5 feet south, and sound once again returns. Stopping there he turns his attention back towards Dylan.

*EDIT - I'm assuming Zeke will want to release his attack before Vreeg Moves out of the Silence/Light - a 16 will miss the mark.

He speaks a word, which none in the silence can hear, and his spectral hand darts towards Dylan (From Vreegs direction.. apparently after delivering the touch spell last time, it was supposed to return to vreeg)

Melee Touch Attack: 1d20 + 5 - 2 ⇒ (14) + 5 - 2 = 17 (Entangled)
The ghostly hand connects. Dylan needs to make a fortitude save.

As vreeg begins to move, Zeke Releases his action, but misses the mark.. (Zeke is now after Ammy in init order)

Vreeg starts to retreat, realizes he was in a field of silence, and turns around to attack dylan (Fort save Pending)

The Skeleton misses the mark with both claws.

Round 6 over Round 7 Begins

It is important to note that Vreeg is currently outside of the light spell as well as silence.. He is now inside the Darkness spell he cast in the early rounds.
