My new character number will be 18858-4, also named Davith Lor. Turns out I had somehow skipped over -3 and gave out the wrong character number, so... the dead Davith will go in that slot, as I had earlier explained, and a rebuilt more frontliney Davith will go in the -4 spot.

Hmm, you can chop up a full-round action into two standard actions (using the Start/Complete Full-Round Action option), but this spell is 1 entire round A(not a full round), and there doesn't seem to be a rule about it.

I also considered refocusing so my initiative is 20+the usual and just cast in round 1, but...maybe I'm confusing 3.5 with Pathfinder, because I can't find that option anywhere.

I'll just delay until round 1 and then start casting, unless my initiative sucks or something.

Sorry - yes, haven't reported it yet. Was having trouble deciding where to apply my GM credit...

Meanwhile, I have 3 volunteers for filling in the ranks for part 3. I can't take more than 2, so I will have to decide. One of them has a character that already has done part 1 & 2, so I feel like I should probably let him jump in since it's a chance to complete the series. But his is also a level 4, and a bolt ace to boot! So not sure we want to upstage Bernard...

Also, I am not entirely sure what Tier we would be playing. At present, APL = 1.8, but in this season, 6-7 players adds 1, making it Tier 3-4. With Bernard's level up to 3, that seems to remove the choice. But if we don't add a level 4 player, I don't like your odds much...

The only way I see you staying at Tier 1-2 is to leave it at 5 players. Ig you go Tier 3-4, I suggest we take 2 of the 3 volunteers. (I think I have played with all 3 before, and they should be fine additions).

What are the party levels so far? 1 1 1 2 3?

Hmm, that's going to be a tough level spread if we take 2 more people. The level 1s and 2s will be out of tier, as well. My abilities are kind of limited at level 1, although I could apply GM credit for my latest scenario to bump her to 2.

(I haven't applied any of my GM credit to any of my characters so far- I really should look into that.)

If you don't mind playing 2 tables, Bernard could join the 3 volunteers and make a Tier 3-4 table. I recently had this problem where too many people applied for my Dalsine Affair table and I had to split it into a T1-2 and T3-4 table. But then the volunteers missed out on parts 1 and 2...

I am not opposed to 2 tables, actually, but we could have just kept on with 5 too. But that was mostly my concern for the lower level chars to survive Tier 3-4. So if everyone by SirPeter is Tier 1-2, and Bernard gets 3 new level 3-4 Pathfinders, I could do that.

While you’re in Cassomir, do your best to find one of these rumored compartments and bring me its locking mechanism.

I made an overview of clues that I could identify up to now:

Clue #1:
The statue sits just outside of the prison’s gates, its golden form shining brightly in the sun. It stands just over 7 feet tall and rests atop a 3-foot-tall stone base. The statue depicts a curvy Taldan female with short hair and wearing flowing robes open at the neck. She regards the PCs with a blank, uncaring expression. Faint moons decorate her flowing robes, and she crushes a set of scales beneath her left foot. The sculptor left his mark on his work of art—he carved a small letter “I” into her left foot.
- Well, I believe that the letter “I” into the left foot of the statue means that it was made by someone of the Ismacco family.

Clue #2:
The crazed painter appears to ignore you all for a short while and furiously paints the blank canvas on his wall, splashing paint wildly about his cell. Upon completing the painting, he shows it to you. It shows a twisted perspective. The once-beautiful statue stares back transformed, her visage twisted into a demonic snarl. Clue #3:

Queck told the party that about an hour ago, more cultists left with six captive engineers— the six engineers who are most knowledgeable on the subject of ancient Cassomir construction.

Clue #5 - Crypt's entrance:
The entrance lies under an ancient fountain hidden somewhere below Old Cassomir, though the knowledge of its exact location was lost some time ago and finding it presents a bit of a problem.

A legend among engineers tells of a series of hidden clues within three Cassomir monuments. These clues yield three locations which, when triangulated, give the location of the surface entrance to the Crypt of Fools; they also show the combination required to unlock the entrance.

Look for old buildings built by the Ismacco family, whom we’ve long suspected used the Crypt of Fools as the base of their heinous operations after it fell from use.”

The Ismacco family built the Imperial Hall of Records, the Admiralty Citadel, and the Harbor Watch; laid the stone that makes up the square around Pharasma’s Pulpit; built retaining walls to shore up some of the ruins at Quickfall Abbey. Oh, you should see them - they are beautiful works of art!”

Clue #6 - at the Imperial Hall of Records:
The letter 'I' in the heart of a bas-relief at the southwest corner of the building. She recalls seeing this in one of the paintings she scrutinized in the prison.
- It seems that the "I" indicates our way through the rainbow to the pot of gold.

Yes, Bernard has made a good summary of some of your clues. But there were other clues in the prison, if you look at what was created.

Hint #2:

Perhaps, the artist would be willing to sell his paintings. He seemed to have some specific inspiration.
