While the group stands around the Oubliette a skeleton comes along and forces the group to start a funny dance to stay away from the hot burning undead.

"Let's do it the other way around. We put Father Grimburrow behind the portcullis and then end the spell. And when all the skeletons are standing in front of it you could use that holy channel you destroyed the skeletons on the second floor with." Jorfa suggests.
"Let's go and start by destroying that headless thing." Jorfa checks her hammer and walks over to the door opening it again. "Come in before the other skeleton comes back. Last one closes the door."

Jominda takes a vial out of her pocket and imbibes it. (Mutagen +Dex)
She follows Jorfa in and searches a place behind the table to be out of reach of the pacing skeleton. "Ready when you are." she tells taking out the ingredients for a bomb.
Kendra still stands there, panting from the adrenalin the action gave her, even if she was more or less frozen in place.
"That is.... quite something." She says.

"So what are we going to do about them?" Jominda asks. "I could easily bomb them away. But this works only good if they are in one place. but your holy ability has a much larger range. Could you not simply go out and get most of them with a single prayer?"

Jominda takes a look at the winch at the wall. Checking the mechanism she unlocks it and turns the winch a couple of rotations. "Does it move?" she asks.

Jominda starts turning the winch like crazy to get it closed before the skeletons get to the father. But just releasing it is no option as it probably would cause a mess with the chain and not go back up.
As father Grimburrow moves with a quick pace into the room and braces himself to face the skeletons he sees in the corner of his eye that a ghostly figure with a hideous grimace and a ridiculously large axe raises from the deep hole in the middle of the room.

The ghost approaches the Father and swings his axe he wields with both hands at him.

The blood that flows out of Father Grimburrows wound hovers over to the ghost, becomes part of it an rejuvenates it.
On the other side of the portcullis the first burning skeletons gather.
"Pharasma help us." Grimburrow says as he steps away from the ghost.
As he steps away he proffers his holy symbol which begins to glow

as he speaks he maneuvers himself to hit the ghost and the skeletons with a channel but stays far enough away to not get caught in the explosion.

Jorfa opens the door a tiny crack and takes a look outside. "Still not all skeletons there. I guess he is waiting." Still looking she notices something moving inside and the Father trying to dodge something. "Oh my goodness. Something is inside the room with Father Grimburrow!"
The skeletons explode immediately as they are washed over by the holy energy.

The ghost not so much. The energy rips away some of it but there is plenty left.
The ghost doesn't care about the gate. It simply continues hacking at that hated life in front of him.

The ghost seems to grin even more as he slashes at Jorfa.

Jominda takes aim and throws an ectoplasmic bomb at the ghost.
