I don't think Spugnoir can climb down with Darius hanging on the rope.

Just throw your bomb at the ground vs. AC 5 and splash them to death.
With Darius in the way the ground gets cover so it's AC9.

And yes three fort saves again. Two paralyze and one stink.

Ahhh... I just looked: The book is by Richard Pett.

He always has at least one really nasty scenario in his modules.

Plus he likes to experiment, but I think he wiffed on the whole trial mechanic.

Every enemy with a lot of attacks is bad if you're the only one standing there with no means to deny it it's full attack. But at least you were lucky with your saves.

With your experience now, would you have tried something different?

My suggestion:
Cleric - use new spell slots for cure spells
Arcanist - no new spells but additional spell slots for the ones prepared.

It's 3K+ for a base adamantine weapon, and I only have 2K.

Arrggg... I just realized I've been playing something wrong.
Undead scourge does double smite evil damage on EVERY hit against undead. Not just the first. My damage should have been way up against both the Wraith and the Splatterman.

I should be tearing through undead.

Oh well live and learn.

Invisibility is a good Infusion to allow any of us to scout or get a surprise attack.

Nope not trying to be funny.
In my head it was the drawback for the Archtype given up to make up for the disruption ability down the road. Not an even exchange to make it more flavorful.

Once you're level 18 the DC will be 10+9+5 or so. If you got a light sabre that gives you a fair chance of hitting you could give it a try.

Epic End Boss Fight vs. the Whispering Tyrant called off because one good and one bad roll.

We sold the stuff from the phase spider for 200 gold (50 each). Then the stuff from the Harrowstone for 450 (150 for the three from the first book) right when we got into town. I missed it as well.
