Hmm. Perhaps Lilly's run into the others on occasion, coming from a fight to rest.
Sort of combatant; she's more of a stubborn head on type. Using good magic and necromancy magic to buff & debuff close-up opponents.

Role; frontliner along with Mohktar, probably more a bit direct or a taddy rude and sarcastic.

Scarab Sages

Alwyn is always looking for the next adventure, many times taking on jobs as a sailor to get from one locale to another. That would allow him ample opportunity to meet the others on a previous adventure.

He works for the Scarab Sages, trying to uncover ruins of the Osirion civilization of the first age. Traveling back and forth between Osirion, Katepesh and Qadira.

I figure to be support and ranged offense during combat, outside of combat, he's inquisitive and wants to know all the angles before jumping to conclusions.

So looks like we just need Niles's ninja and a few finishing touches on backgrounds. Good progress!

So then, we all have at least met before it seems and maybe worked together a time or two. I'll get my equipment and story finalized as well as my spells set up then and I will be ready to go I think.

*Edit

Got the story and spells done, I make thorough use of leaving slots open during prep so I can assign spells to them when I know better what I need. I also purchased a dagger, and a locket that can be opened which has a continual flame on the inside so it can be concealed.

Here is my ninja.

He will focus on being stealthy and killing things as fast as he can.

Outside of combat he is a foil to Mohktar's stoicism, Shiko is a more ebullient character and a bit of a joker. He however is deadly serious when it comes to his honor, and protecting Mohktar whom he has grown fond of in his year(or so) of service.

Awesome. Just me know when you are all ready.

Senor Fang Tooth: Okay, I think I'm all done at this point. I've finished my stat page so have peek unset the hood if you will to make sure it's good to go.

For all: Gets my history for Mohktar. I wove in the connection with Kuro and some for the group in general, sitting a few adventures in Katapesh. Kuro, I have us meeting in Absalom. At any rate, have a read and leery me know what tweaks to add.

.

History
Mohktar is a man of few words. Born in a small hovel of Katapesh to parents with wildly differing pasts. His mother an archivist with the Pathfinder Society, his father a monk in the Irori temple, the two were thrust together when his mother sought out his father's assistance with her latest venture. Months of adventuring led to the two falling in love and the birth of a son.

Mohktar has been quiet his entire life, preferring to watch and learn and to react quickly when arriving at a decision. In his early adolescence he came to the conclusion that his path lay in the open palm of Irori, and in seeking greater understanding of a himself and the world around him.

Over the years, he sought out methods to improve his mental, spiritual and physical well-being. The tenets of Irori and the lessons of his father were the pillars by which he learned introspection, patience and peace. His mother's influence and tales of a Vudran ancestry taught him how to value love and peace and the verve of life.

Over the years, Mohktar has adopted and satisfied two vows with the goal of a viewing greater enlightenment; a vow of peace and a vow of silence. It was two years into these vows when he met Shikyomaru Kuro, an impetuous man bent on a dark task in the shadowed streets of Absalom. For Mohktar, he had been in service to the local monastery and training with the paladins of Iomedae. It was a period of introspection for the monk that Irori had prompted in preparation for the meeting with Kuro. At least that's how Mohktar viewed it. For the monk would have been much harsher and more judgmental of the Tian ninja had he met him 2 years prior. As it was, Mohktar discovered an unshakeable foundation of honor in Kuro that prompted the monk to and him in his time of need.

While Mohktar views their time of meeting as Irori's providence of education for the monk, Shikyomaru Kuro sees it as the forging of a debt to Mohktar for saving his life. Differing perspectives notwithstanding, the two have become good friends as one looks to soften the walls of stoicism just as the other seeks to instill direction.

In recent times, Mohktar has completed his views of silence and peace, emerging a wiser and more patient man. He and Kuro departed Absalom and made their way to Katapesh. One to make pilgrimage to the monastery, the other seeking adventure. Both ran across a myriad of personalities - the party included - and embarked upon several tasks together.

Now, hearing the distant calls of his grandsires, Mohktar and Kuro head towards the Isle of Jameleray. There, Mohktar seeks pilgrimage to the cradle of his faith and philosophy and to learn more about his heritage.

Meant to get an answer since the question was missed earlier on. Since you are using PFS for the guidelines on most things, does that change scribe scroll to a spell focus or do I keep scribe scroll? Don't care either way, but I needed to find out.

Up to you.

Bio on Lilly:

Lilly Hennett was a regular kid. She wouldn't come near conflicts and even unjustly apologize to avoid it. That was to say, until her 10th birthday, when she felt compelled to actually fight back. She actually won and it gave her a boost to self confidence. Whatever inspired her to do so, she didn't know, but it sure wouldn't be the last time she'd enjoy the thrill of a fight. Around her 16th birthday she got a gut feeling to go travel, her small home town couldn't offer her anything more.

During those travels she picked up skills as well as magic, something the young woman hadn't hesitated to use, while some would consider it foul play to curse an opponent to gain an edge. She somehow manages to leave an impression on many she meets, be it via her looks, direct or sarcastic ways or plainly by the black eye someone got after provoking her.

She had eventually run into a couple of men on an off/on basis. More often than not it involved them passing by while she had an argument or conflict. A monk and a "ninja", as his type was called. One seemed a little quiet while the other one was a tad of a joker, despite what she'd expect from a ninja. Despite it, they were an okay sort and she started to hang out with them from time to time.

For now it's this, anything needs adjusting to make things consistant, just say it.

K, I am ready now, went with spell focus instead of scribe scroll.

A few other magic items taken;
Sleeves of many garments 200gp
Bracers of armor +2 4000gp
Cloak of resistance +2 4000gp

Shiko says Mohktar, what is that on your arm! when Mohktar looks Shiko says Oh, was just my shadow of greatness passing over you.

@Niles this ;P

Will you all be ready to start tonight, or do you need more time?

Pfft XD on the link.

I think i'm good to go.
Might make a few tweaks on normal items, but aside from that i'm good.

Scarab Sages

I'll probably remember the small things I've forgotten but then again we're starting out in town, good to go here.

"Looking forward to a cold pint to wash the salt down, Lilly did you have to give the cabin boy a blackeye? I haven't seen him on the deck, if you are out and about, in 3 days!" chuckling "You do realize he had a crush on you"

"Huh? The guy was practically asking for it, grabbing my butt. Besides he's got his other eye still, i went easy on him, he should be fine in a couple of days."

Pratavh chuckles at the incident, "While I agree he should keep his hands to himself, I think it was meant as a compliment. You are a very attractive woman Miss Hennet, I could find myself tempted to turn from research for someone as lively as you." From where she is perched in the window sun bathing, Hirati rouses herself and glares at Pratavh, "Tired of me already? Fickle man, turning his head for every passing skirt!"

It is good that Pratavh turns his head for skirts, he sees many legs! Shiko says

I'm good to go...

Mohktar, seated at the bow and enjoying the banter of the group, looks up at the sound of Shiko's query. The joke brings a grin to his face as he stands from his meditations.

Across the bow the horizon draws the distant line of their destination. Mohktar senses a stirring of excitement at the prospect of new lands. Somewhere beyond the horizon are the Houses of Perfection. He bows, hands together towards his path, the opens his palms as a silent gesture that not he, but Irori is in control. If it is meant to be, so shall it be.... At the mantra, the jitters quell and all is peace in him once more.

As the others comment on Lilly's choice of discipline, Mohktar takes in the flow of their words and rests against the rail next to Pratavh and Hirati. From a hip pouch he pulls forth a piece of raw fish from the morning's catch and offers it respectfully to the little dragon. He inclines his head in good morning to the familiar and her companion.

The monk offers to the flow of conversation. "Pinches and punches, beauty and admiration..." Mohktar's smile breaks the hard planes of his stoic visage as he glances Shiko's way. "...passing shadows of greatness. Cause and effect. Never is there one without the other."

It is good that Mohktar is so silent. This one's head would explode if he had to puzzle out meaning from him all day.

OK cool assuming Niles is good to go, I'll put a gameplay post up when the kid is in bed.

"Good for me then, that i wear no short skirts."

Scarab Sages

"Pratavh? Do you think Hirati would mind a close inspection? It's not often one has a chance to inspect a dragon without it trying to eat oneself." Alwyn ask while admiring the little Greenish-yellow dragon.
"I have some more fresh fish if it will keep her happy."

If Pratavh answers yes, Alwyn will spend about 10-15 minutes inspecting the faerie dragon while scratching her chin and between her wings, before withdrawing a pad and pencil and making several sketches of the little dragon.

Laughing at Lilly's comment, "I think wearing the pants were the problem, they make your backside even more inviting." Hirati snaps up the fish and starts eating it. When Pratavh is asked if he minds Alwyn sketching her the little dragon butts in, "Why ask him, it's my permission you need." She thinks a moment and regaly raises her head, then continues in an imperious voice, "We have decided that you may sketch us sirah."

Scarab Sages

"Why thank you my dear, and my deepest apologies. No offense intended."

After time working on the sketches, the bards turns the copy around for Hirati's approval.

Thank you Google
