As the miners begin recanting their tale, Saphera begins evaluating their health.

Guys, I messed up this encounter slightly. After rereading the this section.The perception check was not for a surprise round it was for starting distance. So no surprise round, and the dragon starts off the map, almost. So I am going to restart combat at round 1. I will try to be more attentive from here on out.

Azura has no clue about this creature, but it certainly looks intimidating. She begins to sing, lifting her celestial voice in an inspiring song that tells the story of when a great black dragon besieged Absalom and an army of Pathfinders stood against the monster and sent it fleeing for it's life. She takes a few steps to the side, drawing her bow and hoping the partial cover of a trunk of the nearby tree will help protect her.

@Turzyk You are still under Fortune effect. So, you can re-roll this attack, if you want.
